Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
2021 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLB 35 review
Fun to drive, but practical for a growing family. Sufficient power despite a relatively small engine. Styling looks like a mini gls. Interior Feels larger than the glc.

Christina spent quite a bit of time with me, we took the car for lengthy road test, given plenty of time to look over the car for my personal satisfaction and never during the entire process pressured me to hurry up and make a decision. In the end after negotiating, it came down to me just not really ready to write a check for the difference between the loan amount and the negotiated price. I truly just want to compliment Christina on her politeness, patience , and mostly her professionalism while working with me and giving me the time I needed to make a final decision.
