My service advisor was Diego Carrillo. Diego was very polite, well spoken. He answered all my questions and supplied a quote for future repairs. The dealer is very clean and a relaxed atmosphere. And very good coffee at no charge. Thank you

Loeber Motors Mercedes-BenzReviews
Loeber Motors Mercedes-Benz review
I have purchased Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the past, and most of the time I have had great experiences. However, today I had the pleasure of working with Tony Patel, a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist, and he made my new vehicle purchase experience truly exceptional. I really appreciated his excellent customer service, patience, professionalism, and great attitude throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and enjoyable! I love doing business with people and places like Tony Patel and Loeber Motors. Thank you, Tony, for making this experience such a pleasant one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Great experience with Vitas in sales, Jeff in management and Danny in finance. So glad we bought from family-owned Loeber Mercedes-Benz; particularly after we tried to do business with a Chicago dealership owned by a public company. Thank you Loeber!!
