2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Good experience in my visit today, nice people they great and say hi or hello. Some of them are friendly. Some are not, but they over all their a ok. It’s nice to have a good service. And I’m satisfied with the loaner car that they loan to me for a couple of days. And I do appreciate very much.

This car meets all my needs and it had very low mileage and on top of that my note is very manageable to pay. T

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Although more than a year had passed since my initial negative Google review, the general manager did contact me directly when this re-post came to his attention. Apparently, his staff had not informed him of the reported issue at the time of my initial complaint. While nothing could change the past, I have to say that he did seem sincere in his concern about the circumstances and willingness to correct any shortcomings. He advised that his service department had undergone management/leadership adjustment since my negative experience . I have to give him credit and respect for reaching out even after a year. I choose to believe that he is genuinely concerned about his customers and was mislead by his then service staff.

May be too complicated to operate and use available functions . Too soon to tell. I still can not figure out how to set clock to DST!

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC 350e from Rob, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the features of the vehicle thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his honesty and genuine care?there was no pressure, just clear communication and a commitment to making sure I drove away happy. The GLC 350e is an amazing vehicle, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with both the car and the service I received. If you?re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Rob.

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield review
I acquired a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic from a dealership located in Chesterfield, MO. Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.

I had a great experience at this dealership during my car purchase pursuit. Although I ended up selecting a car from a different location, it was my interaction with Matt (sales associate) and Becka (sales manager) that made it a very difficult decision to purchase another car. In the future, all of my referrals and my 1st stop will be to this location because the customer experience is top notchi!

Mercedes-Benz of St Louis review
I have had the absolute pleasure of being a customer of Dan Magraw at Mercedes for the past 13 years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most exceptional sales professionals I’ve ever encountered. His honesty, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to his customers truly set him apart in an industry where trust means everything. As a woman, navigating the car-buying process can sometimes feel intimidating, especially with the concern that someone might try to take advantage of you from a financial perspective. With Dan, I have never felt that—not even once. From day one, he has treated me with complete respect, transparency, and fairness, always ensuring I fully understand every detail and feel confident in my decisions. Over the years, Dan has consistently gone above and beyond to make every experience seamless, straightforward, and tailored to my needs. He doesn’t just sell cars—he builds lasting relationships. It’s no surprise that he has so many long-term clients, many of whom, like myself, have remained loyal to him for well over a decade. What makes Dan truly remarkable is his integrity. You always know you’re getting honest guidance, and that he genuinely has your best interests at heart. That level of trust is rare and incredibly valuable. Dan Magraw is a true asset to Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis and his dedication, time, and commitment to his customers deserve recognition at the highest level within the organization. Professionals like Dan are the reason customers keep coming back year after year.
