While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

Highly recommend Bryan Perkins, he went above and beyond to get the SUV I wanted. I had to go back to the dealership today because onstar wasn?t working. We I arrived he came out of his office and let the manager know I was there. He had a new customer in his office and ask if he could step out for a minute to talk to me. Not all salesman do that after they get the sale lol Mason Meade (the manager) went the extra mile for us, I have to take my SUV to Hazard and drop it off to replace the onstar system. He is giving me a courtesy car until I get my SUV back. I?ve never been treated like this by any dealership and I?ve owned several vehicles.. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, go to Tim Short Honda, Ivel, Ky. Ask for Bryan Perkins and he will find your dream car/truck/suv they are the Beat around!!
