THE ENTIRE STAFF AND OVERALL PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WAS SECOND TO NONE. THE SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE SHE WAS WORKING FOR ME. THERE WAS ABSOLUTLEY NO PRESSURE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THE FINANCING WAS BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AT MY OWN BANK. THE NEXT TIME I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A USED CAR THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE THAT I WOULD EVEN CONSIDER!!

NOLA Motorcars review
NOLA Motorcars is absolutely ELITE when it comes to looking for a new car. Small business with top notch products. Both Kelly and Alex were extremely helpful, kind, and informative when it came to purchasing our new vehicle from them. The effort that they put into providing quality products for sale is unlike any other deal I have seen. Best part - zero pressure and BS that you typically get from dealers. Grade A guys. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Chris is absolutely great to work with, professional yet easy going and relaxed. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes the entire process comfortable and without pressure. I have purchased two cars from him and he and the entire team at Mercedes of Covington are welcoming, friendly, straightforward and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences there and of course I love my car! Can’t wait to go back in 2-3 years and get my new one! Thanks Chris!

Jerry Eberts is the best! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any and all questions. And he always answers his phone or returns my calls very promptly. Jerry even came to our home and picked us up and drove us to the dealership to pick up my new GLE 350. Even after the sale he still answers my calls or returns the call. When buying a Mercedes, ask for Jerry Eberts at Mercedes Benz of Covington! Earl Mendoza

Mercedes-Benz of New OrleansReviews
Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans review
I had an excellent experience working with Mike. He was professional, patient, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his compassion and understanding toward my neurodivergent granddaughter. He treated her with kindness, respect, and genuine care, which meant so much to our family. I would also like to recognize Karen, the courtesy driver, for her outstanding service. She was friendly, courteous, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Both Mike and Karen went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and I am truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. The only challenge I experienced was being without a courtesy vehicle while my car was in service for a week. As a result, I missed several important medical appointments and treatments. Had a courtesy car been available, it would have greatly reduced the hardship caused by the extended service time. As much as I wanted to give them 5-stars; the inconvenience of not have a courtesy loaner or rental was the ONLY flaw. And because of this inconvenience I missed several medical and treatment appointments. Overall, I appreciate the excellent care and customer service provided by Mike and Karen. They are still my #1 Dealership!

Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans review
To give an idea of how well this buying experience was would be difficult. My secretary found the car I wanted at a price lower than I expected to spend. I contacted the dealer via Cars.com. Ernie got back with me in about 20 minutes. I asked for a buyers order and a video any imperfection on the car. I contacted my credit union who called and verified the funds available. I went the next day and signed paperwork. There was a problem that the door on the passenger side but Ernie had already put the car in the shop to repair. Meanwhile the finance guy thought he courage me some interest on the loan and surprisingly he did! Ernie brought the car to me the very next day in Hammond. Literally no stress at all. I’d call Ernie again at the drop of a hat!

After visiting several dealerships, MBOFSM made me feel comfortable with my decision and were super patient with me! This was a pleasant and painless process which left me confident in my decision to purchase! Josh Crawford, you’re the best! Thanks so much!

Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi review
I had the pleasure of working with general manager Chris Stuben at a prior dealership. It was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. I've since moved to Mississippi and was over the moon to learn he was at the dealership here. Now I'll get my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi and once again, I'll be in good hands.
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
