Absolute excellent service and attention from both Michael and Shawn could not ask for more professional service all questions were answered all issue taken care of this is 2nd auto I lease from this dealership and would highly recommend to anyone to deal with both Michael and Shawn
I traded in a gl 550 and got another GLS 550! Josh Alexander and joe in ginanace were amazing - especially when we tested their patience, when at the last minute switched the car we wanted. They accommodated in a flash and I was in my new ride the next morning !!!
This is the best dealership I???ve ever dealt with, and the first one I???ve been a repeat customer at. They are honest, the customer service is great and Keith Simone is the best salesperson I???ve dealt with.

OMG, WERE DO I EVEN START. I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AROUND 6:45 TO SEE MY 2019 G550 WAITING FOR ME ON DISPLAY. UPON ENTERING THE DEALERSHIP I WAS GREETED WITH SMILES BY THE CONCIERGE. I WAS GIVEN A COMFY SPOT TO SIT WHILE ANOTHER PERSON CAME BY, ASKING ME WHAT ID LIKE TO EAT AND DRINK. EAT I SAID, WOW! THAT WAS A FIRST. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THE DEALERSHIP RECOGNIZED THAT IT WAS DINNER TIME. AFTER WAITING 5 MINUTES OR SO I WAS GREETED BY A TERRIFIC SALESPERSON SHOWING ME THE INCREDIBLE BUTTONS IN MY G. WE THEN WENT BACK INSIDE TO MEET WITH THE SALES AND FINANCE MANAGER TO FINISH UP THE PAPERWORK. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE ROYAL TREATMENT WAS COMPLETE HOWEVER AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SALES MANAGER ASKING ME HOW I LIKED THE TRUCK... WHO DOES THIS ANYMORE? WHO, OBVIOUSLY THE PEPE AUTO GROUP STILL DOES. AS MY TITLE REVIEW SAYS, ONLY BUY CARS FROM THE PEPE AUTO GROUP. MUCH GRATITUDE FOR THE EXPERIENCE. DON'T BE SURPRISED IF I STOP BY FOR DINNER :)
Bobby was like no other car dealer I ever dealt with he went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me he made me feel as if he really valued me as a person not just another customer..he wasn't just about the sell trying to push something on me more expensive than my original price and I truly appreciate that...to be truthful he got me more than I expected for a exceptional price...Thank you so much Bobby Ayo ..looking forward to doing business with you again...Joanne
Edit: I am upgrading my previous review from one star to three because of the dealership's General Manager Flavio Pinheiro. Not only was he thoughtful enough to address my review, but he called me to apologize and learn from the experience how to make the business better. I was upset due to the lack of communication between the staff and the customer. I dropped off my 2003 X-type because it had an issue passing the DMV inspection. It took a few days to hear back from anyone. It took them several more days to locate a part. However, the staff did not communicate this to me. When I would call to ask about the status of my car a staff member would tell me they would call me back and never did, or a secretary would direct my call to a voicemail that was never answered. I think it would help the dealership greatly to answer or return calls by the end of the day or early the next day. Staff members who do not know the answer to a question should not promise to call back "in two minutes" and then never call back. Because my car is an older model, I began to feel that my business did not matter. There were days when I waited patiently for a call back. Then there were days where I grew greatly impatient and tried several times to reach someone. I don't mind at all that it took two weeks to get back the car because I now know they were trying to locate the part from several other dealerships. However, I would have felt a great sense of relief and comfort that my car was indeed being cared for if someone would have tried every few days to call and give me an update without me having to chase an employee down. I would definitely now give this dealership another chance, and I suggest if a customer is having an issue to reach out to Flavio. He will try to address your concern and has made me a happy customer once again.
My 2003 X-type could not pass DMV inspection. I felt confident that the dealership I bought the car from could diagnose and repair the problem. However, this dealership has changed greatly for the worse since becoming a Paul Miller dealership. No one answers or returns calls on the multiple phone numbers listed on their website. There is not enough follow-up to update the customer on the status of the repair. I would call the Service Dept only to get redirected to the Parts Dept voicemail that is never answered. They explained the problem with the car and then added on two additional issues that I felt padded the bill. I told them to fix what was wrong with the car so I could pass inspection. They agreed to do so. However over a week and a half later, I still didn't hear back from from them whether the car was ready. I called multiple times and was finally able to speak to someone. They told me because my car was older they were having trouble locating the part. If the dealer can't get the part, who can? What kind of answer is that? Why didn't they call me during that week long of waiting to explain what was going on? They said they would call me the next day to let me know what would happen next. I still haven't heard from them 24 hours later. They are the reason people avoid repairs at a dealership.
I have been debating buying a new (used) car for a while. Searched the Mercedes CPO website regularly. When I saw that Greenwich had an ML with every feature my wife and I wanted I still procrastinated. I waited till this past Friday afternoon to call Greenwich Mercedes. Receptionist put me in touch with Tim H. and an hour later I had agreed to buy the car and pick it up the next day. Now, I told Tim that I was coming from Jersey so I wanted to be sure the paperwork and car would be ready so we can just take it home that same day. True to his word, Tim ensured that Finance had all the papers ready to sign and that the car was fully detailed. We drove up Saturday around noon and were home before dinnertime with a new ML350.
I never thought that I could afford a mercedes, but my fiance talked me into going to this dealership which he has been a customer of since 2014! He introduced me to Claudio Cirillo, who along with his team took the hassle and the stress out of the entire shopping and leasing process. I told them that the lease with my Toyota Scion was due to expire in two weeks, and Claudio was able to find me a mercedes within two days of that! They even took my old leased toyota and returned it for me so i did not have to do it myself. Claudio and his team made it so that when I came into the dealership, all i had to do was just sign some papers and that's it. They had everything waiting for me already. Then Freddy was nice enough to register me for the mBrace account and activate it on the spot, as well as show me the ins and outs of my new car. I could not be happier, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!!!! The customer service of Claudio and his team, and how accommodating the entire dealership was, will have my ever lasting loyalty. Thank you so much Claudio and everybody at Mercedes Benz of Greenwich, I look forward to many years together!!!
I purchased a pre-owned Honda Odyssey from Greenwich MB in Nov 2017; a great car in great condition with low miles at a great price. I experienced truly Exceptional Customer Service with Willie Williams. He went out of his way, and out of normal business hours, to pick me up at the train station when my previous car had trouble.
Willie made the transaction process very smooth, very transparent, and had everything I needed ready even before I asked for it. I paid a fee for them to do 2 title transfers & to get my car registered in NJ. That was done in a timely fashion And they returned $500 unused from the transfers! I didn’t expect to see any of that money again…. Shows me honesty and integrity as well as flawless ease of good service.
