Keith and Winston handled the deal remotely, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease enough to travel from Virginia to take delivery. Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.

He told me not to worry and to bring in my New Car and he was so nice and made the experience painless! Of course they fixed my problem and off I went! They sent me a Video of Brion showing me all the work he did and how he checked it out to make sure my car was back to perfect Thank You Brion for fixing my car!
