So far all I have done is sign the paperwork for the vehicle. They gave me the price I wanted on a 2018 BMW 640i GT and have worked with me to get the vehicle delivered on our anniversary (I am in a different state). Their explanations are concise as long as you are clear on what you are asking or what you want. I would recommend Isringhausen

Dave Blackburn was generous with my Suburban trade. And the Volvo knowledge that my sales consultant Scott Sables is unparalleled. The loaners are convenient and scheduling service is painless.
Scott takes the time to understand your likes and easily identified the model and options that suited our family best. His familiarity with Volvos is only matched by his connection with the customer.
The service department and facilities are comfortable. They repaired a molding on my XC60 at no charge. A mechanic shared a known quirk with aftermarket accessories and the service manager called to follow up after every service. Scott maintained communication and took the time to get to know my family.

Isringhausen Imports has consistently been one of the best dealerships I have ever encountered. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive. All work has been done in an expedient and professional manner. Perhaps most importantly, their staff really makes the effort to listen to and work with their customers. I routinely take my car here for service, and have always been pleased with the both the experience and the results. Though my experience has been limited to their Volvo service and sales staff, I am more than certain one can expect similar treatment from the Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and BMW departments.

The ENTIRE team @ Isringhausen from my Sales Executive Mike Carver, to Sean Oliver in Finance, to Carl Mott in the Service Department were exceptional and made this such an easy process!!! To note, I NEVER even went to the dealership in Illinois, as I live in Virginia. This was a transaction and an experience solely based on trust and having purchased over 20 cars (from new to pre-owned) over the years, this by far exceeded any expectations!!! This is a dealership operated as a family. The communication was amazing, the attention to detail down to the explanation of every little nick or blemish was accurate. It was as though I saw these items with my own eyes, but better yet, they pointed out things that I would have totally overlooked. Mike Carver is an absolute class act and followed through on EVERY detail and I am truly grateful to have worked with him and the Isringhausen team!!! I'm enjoying my gorgeous Cayenne Turbo and am proud to be a part of the Isringhausen family now!!!
I found a car on their website Friday night. Went to go the next morning to check it out. Ray was great. Super easy to deal with. The car was in great condition, exactly as he promised. Had a few cars picked out before I arrived. Called ahead and they had them ready. Customer service was no frills, to the point, bottem dollar. Nothing fancy, but they know the high end cars and were very helpful. Would go back
I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra. It was in really good shape. A little high on mileage, but not bad for a Toyota truck.
They did not pressure me, gave me a fair price for my old truck and gave me a good price on the truck. I bought the extended warranty but I expected to have to put some money in It. It needs new breaks and I am voluntarily changing the timing belt to protect myself and the engine. Other than some new filters and some new oil and a few minor light bulbs - that is it after some very good mechanics inspected it.
Ray did not guarantee anything and that is how they roll. You can purchase a warranty to give yourself some peace of mind.
They helped me with financing and made it easy for me. You never know what you are going to get especially with a used vehicle. I have had good luck and bad luck. These guys did not lie or misrepresent anything.
I think I got a really good deal on a four door Tundra with four wheel drive and they treated me fine.
I am in love with the car that I got! The dealers were very concerned with us and our well being and welcomed us. They were pushy but also worked with us. There was an add that stated Black Friday deals on ALL Honda’s and Chevy’s at Susan’s Automall. When we got their they said that ad was incorrect and it was only for Chevy’s, which is suspicious AND false advertisement.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer sight unseen. I called and Ray answered the phone. I asked him if he could sell me the car over the phone. I had to trust that the vehicle was in the great condition as stated in the ad.
I made him a reasonable offer which he accepted.
Within minutes I had the paperwork I needed to complete the sale. They offered delivery to my home for $175. A very reasonable price that saved me a 4-hour round trip.
