I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
I have purchased many cars in the past, this is the very first time I experienced a hassle free, pleasant and courteous encounter with no pressure. Pierre was more than nice, he was very resourceful and made sure I was satisfied. I was impressed when Pierre called a week later to assure that everything was ok and if I had any questions.
I enjoy my 2015 S class Mercedes-Benz. From now on I will only buy from Oliver Leasing & Sales.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I recently purchased a 2019 GLC 300. Malcolm helped me get a car built with every option I wanted. He was not pushy and provided details on all of the options I considered. David was quite knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz???s additional offerings, such as an extended warranty and maintenance package, and graciously provided an explanation of each and documentation, as requested. Kode expertly trained me on my car???s features and has offered additional training, which I will schedule. My overall experience in purchasing the car was positive. Plus, I???m pleased I purchased the maintenance package, which includes car washes I???ve already started using.
I purchased a Panamera a few months ago and my oil level light came on a few days ago so I called Eric to see if they could take a look at it for me and with no hesitation he said, yes. I was there less than 10 minutes. My salesman was Josh and he was awesome!!! Big Shout out to Gravity Auto!!!!! I love my Porsche!!!
Visited this dealership many times for service and for sales assistance. Not once was I greeted with any snoot or pomp as have with the RBM Alpharetta dealer during my car search. Service team is helpful and kind and will go out of their way to help. As for the sales folks, ask for Paul Marzullo as he is the end all be all Mercedes expert and personal brand enthusiast which makes for a stellar sales consultant to work with at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. All my friends/family/co-workers looking for a Benz in the future will be sent to him. Paul is an honest MB ambassador who will go beyond what's needed and will pleasantly surprise you leveraging his experience and creativity to get a deal done whether they have the car or not without playing any games like the other dealers do.
I searched for several months and found the perfect car at Select. Was apprehensive about buying an expensive luxury car on line site unseen. Contacted the dealer to discuss the process. Had the car inspected by their nearby MB dealer. Discussed resolution of very minor issues noted by MB, the value of my trade in, then made a deposit and arranged to travel to Atlanta. The sales person was very helpful at every step of the way. Very easy process--quality sales person, suburb value and would recommend without hesitation.
Great to work with. Fabulous experience. Not like the usual dealership. Felt more like I was getting a private tour of a privately owned collection of luxury and exotic cars. Great price, way below recommended, Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very relaxed, very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. I will not stop buying cars but will likely only buy through Matt and Team One in the future. Highly recommended, you wont go wrong.
