Over the summer I was shopping for a new car. I went to several dealerships with my husband trying to narrow down my search I had a few cars in mind but wanted to check them out. My husband suggested we go check out a few SUV models at Mercedes. It was a Friday around 4pm. I think most of the people just wanted to go home and couldn’t wait to start their weekend. Out comes Sylvia and sees my husband and I looking and immediately gives us great information on the car and offers a few suggestions based off of what they have on inventory. She made us feel instantly comfortable with her and took us out on a few test drives to compare some models. Honestly if it wasn’t for her I may have gone with another car, but her immediate customer service made us feel right at home, we even bought two cars and came back the next day to take home the second the car! Flash forward 4 months later and my car gets a flat tire. Thanks to Sylvia keeping in touch and checking in on our purchase every once in awhile I knew exactly who to call and get some help. Mercedes roadside assistance towed my car right to the dealership and I had it fixed as soon as possible the next day. Joe in service was fantastic in getting this taken care of and even had me picked up from home so I could go get the fixed car and make it to work. I highly, highly recommend getting the tire warranty it is worth every penny especially living in Chicago with all the potholes and construction. Joe and Sylvi made a terrible situation feel so seemless. They really know how to take care of their clients.
We recently worked with Earl at Mercedes of Westmont to purchase a new Mercedes GLC 300. He went out of his way to make sure our whole family (including kids) were comfortable and attended to during the process. We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. At the time, my wife and I only were in the beginning stages for figuring out what our next car was going to be. It was a Saturday we planned to test drive cars and then review what we liked/didn't like and buy at a later date, Once we met with our assigned sales member, Greg Bolte, we knew we were in good hands. Greg gave us the overview and tour of the E400 we were considering and answered all of our questions with the utmost care and professionalism. After the test drive, Greg was genuinely interested in our thoughts and what we were looking for. Even though we were in a spot to buy as inventory moves quickly, Greg and Tom were never pushy or aggressive with their sales technique. A technique that both my wife and I appreciated. We took time to think over the prospect of buying the E400. It just made sense and these were the people we wanted to give our business to. The buying process and financing team that we worked with, including Jose Gomez, were a breeze to work with for this purchase. The team kindly stayed late past closing to ensure we could drive away that evening in our new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
They move very quickly during the purchase process. Very friendly team and the Porsche genius was very knowledgeable. They missed several small issues on the delivery of $100,000 vehicle. The issues were simple to fix at another Porsche dealer no charge.

I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
