In the market for a new car, I started out by doing a lot research online. Mercedes-Benz/Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis has a very intuitive website. I sent a request for an E-Price quote for an E-Class and Asher Chaudry answered the request. Asher and I corresponded by email for 2 weeks. I was nevered pressured to come into the dealership. Asher found multiple cars that fit my criteria, sent me payment quotes, and answered all my questions via email. He provided a car purchase experience I had never experienced before. Our face-to-face meeting/transaction was no different. Asher delivered the most professional, honest, friendly, and fun field Customer Experience buying a car I had ever experienced. Thank you A. My only hesitation in buying a car was my dissatisfaction with the Service Department, which was far less professional and knowledgeable than sales. Buying the car was a good experience, but I almost went to another dealer because of service ... we will see now it works in the future, but I am cautious.
Skip Tate was amazing to deal with. After calling and leaving a message at 4:43pm Monday January 15, 2018, i promptly received a call back and within 30 minutes the total number were discussed with me on the phone. By 5:30pm the price I had in mind was agreed to with the management team and by 6pm Skip was able to work with Finance to beat the financing rate published by my Credit Union. At 8pm I was at land rover signing off the last few documents and 8:45pm out the door. Skip and the team went above and beyond to ensure the deal was closed and i left with the car. Will always recommend the smooth no story telling sales pitch and informed set of sales representatives to all who are searching for a new or used car. Highly recommend this dealer and please ask for skip.
Peter and Kenny are great. Peter's knowledge of the history and details of the marque were impressive, and Kenny is an ace mechanic. Very transparent and easy to deal with- didn't try to hide anything and were very up front about the 'warts' on the car we finally bought for my son. Selection was good (they even had a few manuals - but one fewer now!) We've had the car for a couple months now and have had zero issues (other than my son wanting to polish the paint off the car.) Headed off to its first track day in a week and we're expecting a trouble free day.
The only negatives:
- their stock is not all in one location, so if you have a car you are interested in from the website, give them a call and let them know when you'll be there.
- facility might put some people off, but get past it - these guys are good
- they can be slow to return phone calls
Carbiz has made buying enjoyable. This was by far the least stressful car buying experience ever. Impressive showroom. No strong arm sales staff. William was extremely courteous and kept us informed the entire way. Definitely recommend carbiz if you are in the market for a new car.
Charlie Miller made buying my new vehicle a pleasant experience. He never pressured me. He had extensive knowledge of the vehicles. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. He even followed up several times in the week following my purchase to answer my 1000 questions again and make sure I was satisfied. I have already recommended him to friends looking for a vehicle. He is just a great real guy!
I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. Thank you Suitland Infiniti for your excellent customer service!
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!
Javier is a terrific representative for Carbiz. When I think back on this day the word Patience comes to mind, he certainly displayed it well.
