Thew quality of the service and the general appearance of the dealership were great. I had to wait a little while for my ride to come so I utilized the lobby and refreshments. I was able to enjoy a coffee and snack. The larger coffee/espresso machine was not in order and there was no sign saying so. I had to tract someone down to find out what was going on.
The only other issue I had was that I left messages on the answer machine three times. The message was dated on July 10. I asked for another perso thinking the one might have retired.
From walking in the door to leaving with a car the overall experience was wonderful! Only small complaint was car was not detailed before I drove away. It was washed and vacuumed, but not wiped down on the inside completely.
My wife's car was totaled in a recent accident and we were in search of another C300. I called on Anthony Chambers at Mercedes of Jackson/Madison and the stress of buying all disappeared. Anthony is such a professional/intelligent sales person. He answered every phone call, every question and eased the stress I though I would have. He and his sales manager made me feel extremely comfortable and made arrangements to deal with our busy schedule in test driving and the closing process. There was absolutely no pressure from Anthony and he was extremely knowledgeable as it related to the vehicles. This was "by far" the greatest car-buying experience we have ever had. Anthony Chambers is a major asset to this dealership and a Professional Champion to buyers!!
Second vehicle from this dealership since 2016 due to excellent customer service at all levels for a dependable high quality SUV. Service department is receptive to any questions/issues.
