I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Car wouldn't start. Called dealership and they had battery in stock said to bring the car. After roadside assistance jumped it took it to dealership. Thought i'd have it that evening but did not. Called and said I needed it by 10 am next morning and was disappointed I couldn't even find out what was really wrong with car. Sam assured me that I would have it by the morning. It was ready and clean when I picked it up and Sam did an amazing job of giving me exceptional service. It was battery and a few other things.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

I had sent an email about a lease special. Nikki (unsure of spelling) call me right away. I was scheduled to see Mark Sat afternoon. I walked in, he listed to my needs, Priced out what the cars we spoke about. My husband had him price out a few other options, however, Mark showed us the great deal he was able to offer on the car i wanted. Did not try to up sell me. I walked out with exctally what I wanted at the price I wanted!!!

Twice in the last five years I flew from Boston, Ma to Loeber to purchase pre-owned Mercedes. Both were in superb condition as described and shown on their website. I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Claudia Zires was extremely helpful during the buying, financing, and general sales experience. We drove over 8 hours to get the car that suited me and everything was exactly as she said it was, no surprises, just a quick buying process. She even had our truck that we traveled in washed while we went over the financing options. I highly suggest anyone who is looking to buy a car to consider the Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston during their search.
Although it wasn???t the deal we ideally wanted, I must say how excellent of a customer service that Claudia rendered to myself and my dad. She was prompt with the 2016 Prius to take it for a test drive and at the same time was very friendly. She diligently sought her manager as we negotiated prices and handled the paperwork flawlessly as we closed the deal. I would recommend her as one of the top sales representative at the dealership. Thank you for your service and I???m looking forward to enjoying years of driving my fuel efficient Prius!
