We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.

We had a bit of a rocky start with service at Lithia. We showed up to view and drive a Jeep and talked to 3 sales people before we connected with Dakota. Dakota has a very calm and patient demeanor and matched our personalities perfectly. He quickly helped us identify where the Jeep was and ultimately helped set up a time to test drive. Dakota always promptly responded to our texts/calls and made himself available when we needed him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely professional and patient through the purchase process. I wish I had an option to rate Dakota specifically through this portal, but I would highly recommend you request Dakota if/when you're interested in any vehicles at this dealership. I will be calling Dakota for my next vehicle purchase as well.
Although I had a rough start with miscommunication, in the end the Dealership Sales Manager made good on offers and saw the deal through. The final deal was fast and professional. They stayed late, and really tried to make up for bad previous experience. After that, the dealership went above and beyond to create customer satisfaction. I was very busy after I bought the car and was not able to take advantage of the service offers or respond to my update. The dealership is really too far away to use for regular service but believe they would have attention to detail. The car was delivered in spotless condition.
Mercedes Benz of Eugene is a top class dealership. Although I bought a used car I was treated with great respect and consideration. They made sure I was happy with my purchase by answering my questions about the car. They made the effort to solidify my relationship with the dealership. I feel I have a partner as long as I own the car and I hope my next car comes from this dealership. I give them my highest recommendation.

Great easy car transaction. Talked with Steve Van Brasch over phone from Bend, Oregon and bought over phone. When I arrived a day later at dealership he greeted me and just came in and did paperwork. Steve was very nice and easy to deal with. Fair deal on car. Would recommend buying from here. I have purchased many cars from dealers and this by far was the best. Better than my previous posts on any others by far.
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
