I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class review
Bought a 12 year old 2009 CLK 200 coupe petrol with 100K on the clock. Styling is sleek Driving, on cold engine the gearbox likes to hold onto the lower gears longer than I would like and I am told it does this to warm up the catalytic converter quickly. I don’t like that feature because if your a little heavy on the accelerator then your going to red line it on cold. To offset this I drive in Comfort mode and very light on the accelerator until warm. Short trips is not great on petrol especially if your engine doesn’t warm right up you will notice your mpg going below 20mpg easily if you are heavy on the accelerator. Long motorway journeys this car comes into its own and is an absolute pleasure to drive, smooth as silk and loads of acceleration power when you need it, it will absolutely blast off brilliantly on motorway driving so watch that speedo because you will very quickly shoot way past the speed limit. Will get 30-36mpg on motorway driving. Engine is very quiet and it does stand up to some really hard driving. Interior. Is comfortable and I’m 6,1 and 108 kilos and it fits me well. The only layout I don’t like is the placement of the window switches on the drivers side, why they didn’t put them by the gear lever I don’t know. Engine is quiet and the supercharger makes a nice noise when you put your foot down. I have found this car very easy to service myself, as with any car the more good quality oil changes the better. Plenty of good examples out there to buy even though the years are now ticking by you can find some great ones out there. Fun car combined with luxury driving.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

After having a need to purchase a new car and deciding on a Genesis GV80 prestige we had visited other Genesis dealerships and communicated via the phone in an attempt to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. Although service was granted elsewhere the atmosphere once entering the Conshohocken dealership was different. We could feel a sense of acceptance, a huge desire to ensure the experience was pleasant and rewarding. Alexus answered all questions, took her time and made us feel that no one else was taking her attention. There was no hard sale and after determining that we wanted the car she, Noah and the female finance manager whose name fails me went above and beyond to ensure that our choice went home with us that day. We cannot say enough just how much the atmosphere was so welcoming. We would choose to do business there again. Because of our residential location it may not be feasible to visit this dealership regularly but only because of the location would we utilize another Genesis dealership. We highly recommend Alexus to anyone who may be in the process of searching for a car, any car as she can take you to any of the Conicelli dealerships on the strip. You will not be disappointed. You will leave very impressed. You will feel important and not dismissed. My husband says make sure you have the coffee:)
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

The first vehicle I purchased was from Allentown... There was a major electrical issues with the car so I returned it after a few days.. Another words it was a lemon.. So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. They're totally fair, honest, and respectful.
2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 53 review
I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

2011 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This is an update. I have had the car for nearly a year now and it's excellent! I bought it was $256,000 MI, replace the suspension, didn't oil change, and started using Chevron premium gas which took care of the catalytic converter light. Handles like new with four new tires. I also did a transmission fluid and filter change. Lots of power and at 60 MPH I get almost 20 miles per gallon. Not bad for the v8!

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class review
We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
We purchased the car with 14K miles on it and we're loving it! The performance is out of this world and we're constantly getting compliments on the exterior of the car. We've had a couple of minor warranty issues, hence, my 4 vs. 5 stars for "Reliability." We flew down to LA and drove the car back to Northern CA and the comfort level was great...and although we tested the power and speed, we made it back without a ticket! We would buy this car again in a heartbeat!
