One of the gentlemen in the service bay greeted with with a warm and friendly smile and guided me to Frank, my service agent. I was a little frustrated from my battery being jumped, cutting open my hand to having to drive from Woodbridge to Alexandria to have this fixed. I couldn't have had a better experience if I sat on the couch and someone fixed it in the driveway. They were awesome. I walked in, he knew I was coming from making an appointment, took my statement, I sat down for 2 minutes, my courtesy vehicle was there and in 4 hours it was done and I was home. THANK YOU everyone from the greeters, to the service men to the beautiful lady that took my money. THANK YOU!!!
