I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? Hatchback is so versitile. I have had 6 full size adults in it with luggage from the airport!! Super good mileage and drives like a go-kart - it corners so well. You have to keep RPMs up for good accerleration

Schedule an oil change on Tuesday they said I can come the next day. When I got there they said it was a a 2 to 3 hour wait and it was. They kept me informed throughout the whole time. They sent pictures and a video and before you know it the car was ready. They had complimentary chips and drinks just in case you felt hungry. I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

I bought my 1st MINI in 2014, had 4 since then, my son totaled two Countrymans in ‘22, the other two he is not allowed to enter. I would recommend it day and night, fun cars to drive, worth every penny, makes you feel great, it is just perfect in every way. Keep building them “MINI”

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!
