First they have an outstanding inventory as manual transmissions become difficult to find. More importantly my sales rep Kelli Daniels was truly exceptional. She was honest with me throughout the process and was consistently focused on what I wanted and needed in my selection and how we could make it happen, even if it meant a car that was less expensive than another I was considering. After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

There was no pressure whatsoever to get me to buy something I didn’t like, and he bent over backwards for me to get me into the Hyundai palisade that I wanted. I recommend anyone who is looking for a car at rairdons of Kirkland to specifically ask for Jorge (pronounced George) and he will not disappoint! I had a great experience with Seattle Mini and Mike Sylvan buying new Mini. This is our second Mini we bought from them. The first was 15 years ago. I found a Mini we wanted to purchase over the Memorial day weekend and filled out a credit application on Tuesday. Mike immediately contacted me and set up a time in the afternoon for a test drive. We took the car for a test drive, then Mike explained financing options, there was never any pressure through the whole process. After the purchase, he spent more time and showed me the massive amount of new features that car has. Within 2 hours I was on the way home enjoying our new Mini.

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

This car exceeded my expectations as far as build quality and performance. Very pleasing experience to drive. Easy to maintain and has always remained stylish.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

It is convenient to drop off and I appreciate the Uber ride to my work. Also, all of the employees that I come in contact with are very nice.

Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

Sporty , great little car for cruising everyday needs. Take care of it,it's takes care of you. Convertible, eye catcher head turner , at least mine. I read one. How do you throw a spark plug. By abusing any car. Fast little car, Stops on a dime with 9 cents change Paddle shifting and auto.

Recently bought Ford F150 from that guys, and was wondering unbelievably technical condition of the car. Price was pretty low compared with an another dealers, I even would say it was a cheapest 150 in area. After pre purchase inspection mechanic said that truck doesn’t need any repairs or investments. Thank you guys again!

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another
