Audi GrapevineReviews
Audi Grapevine review
When three warning lights came on in my car, it couldn?t have happened at a more inconvenient time. I had so many things to take care of, and trying to fit in a service appointment at Audi was the last thing I needed. To say my anxiety was high would be an understatement! However, from the moment I arrived at the dealership, my entire experience changed. Before I even got out of my car, Rene, my service advisor, greeted me at my car-door. He introduced himself, addressed me by name, and immediately made me feel welcome. I explained what was happening with my car, and he walked over, checked under the hood, and showed me what he believed might be a leak. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process, making sure I understood what was going on. What stood out most was the way Rene treated me. He made me feel like family rather than just another customer. This is my fourth Audi, and over the nine years I have owned Audis, I have encountered several different service advisors. I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable, confident, and well cared for as I did with Rene. He listened to my concerns, explained his recommendations, and made me feel completely at ease with the decisions we made regarding my vehicle. He also gave me a specific day and time when my car would be ready, and he delivered exactly as promised. Sure enough, I received a text today letting me know that my car was ready! As if that weren?t enough, Rene also asked whether I needed a ride to or from the dealership. His thoughtfulness, professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for my experience went above and beyond my expectations. Rene is truly an exceptional representative of the Audi brand. His approach to customer service is exactly what every dealership should strive for. He turned what began as a stressful situation into an experience that left me feeling valued, respected, and grateful. I wanted to take the time to write this review because people like Rene deserve to be recognized for the difference they make. Audi is fortunate to have him, and I sincerely hope his outstanding service receives the recognition it deserves. Thank you, Rene, for making what could have been a very stressful day such a positive experience. You have set the bar incredibly high for customer service!

El Dorado ChevroletReviews
El Dorado Chevrolet review
Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

The Mini dealership has taken care of any issues I have promptly and efficiently. I am comfortable with their analysis and recommendations. Only complaint is with the awful AI-assisted phone answering system. Grrrrr!
2027 MINI Hardtop review
This is a fantastic car. If you want a well-built, sporty small car with lots of personality and quirks this is hands down the best option. PROS: Speedy, great handling, distinctive body shape and exterior styling, great tech, comfortable and great fuel efficiency, bmw engineering at a discount, lots of personality and quirks, quiet interior, smooth on the highway CONS: Expensive, small, not a lot of cargo space, back seat is not comfortable on long trips, the touchscreen controls are complex, takes premium gas, maintenance and upkeep are bmw prices

Just finished another service visit on my M8 and as always, Nathan Meyers was great. Friendly, always on time, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain what was needed. There is simply no better place if you own a BMW. I will always come here for service. Thanks Nathan
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.
