I bought my car here a few years ago and have been coming back to get it serviced ever since. I have never had a Service Agent more helpful than Natashia Wilson. She really went above and beyond to help me resolve all my issues, and she deserves to be recognized for amazing customer service at this dealership. Natashia will always be my go to for all my future appointments in the service department.

First of all, thank you for a delightful experience! From the moment I was contacted by Ellie, I felt respected and cared for. This is uncommon in the world of car sales. Too often my experience has been that sales contacts in dealerships are pressuring and misleading in order to get the sale. Ellie seemed only interested in what we genuinely wanted. She listened well, was efficient, responsive, respectful, and friendly. We loved her as our sales rep! She absolutely should get that role of Internet Sales Director! You want her in that role! Second, the purchase process was straightforward and did not feel forced or manipulative. We knew the price, we knew the options, and we were able to come quickly to agreement on our final deal. We have been very happy with the deal we got. Third, and not as positive was our first finance manager. He set my wife off right away. There was a pressure to sign before we had even driven the car. It nearly broke the deal and we were about to walk. Again, Ellie heard our concerns and got Victor involved. They understood our reluctance and helped us get to a comfortable place to finish the deal. We worked with a different finance manager to sign papers and left very happy with our purchase. Lastly, I have to say, Ellie is the future of auto sales! She embodies the qualities consumers want when making such a major purchase. She was our ally and friend, and she listened very well to understand our concerns and desires. The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

This is my fourth MINI and I have enjoyed every one. It is also the largest and heaviest MINI I have owned and feels more like a small BMW and less like a go-cart. I'm OK with that. It is roomy (I am 6'4"), comfortable and very quiet. It is also very quick. With 284 lb-ft of all-wheel torque it is a blast to drive. In the mountains, this car will run circles around most would be competitors. But what about gas mileage? If your daily drive consists mainly of short trips, say 20-30 miles a day and you plug it in at night, you should get exceptional gas mileage. That's where a PHEV shines. But, the longer your average drive between charges, the lower your gas mileage will be. On my first tank, I got 375 miles on 8.1 gallons (46.3 mpg). This included two days of about 100 highway miles each and 175 miles of short trips. I am now on my second tank, mostly around town, and indicating 77.3 mpg so far. This will drop as I am about to make another 100 mi drive. As they say, your mileage may vary. Of course, there is also the cost of electricity, which tends to run about 50 cents per recharge, at home. Very eco friendly since I subscribe to Windsource. All in all, it's an amazing car. And with the current rebates and incentives, it's a deal that's hard to beat.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

Phoenix (my mini) is sporty when needed, eco friendly when needed Or a dynamic blend most of the time. This car is perfect. Love him!

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.
