Greg was fantastic! I knew exactly what I was looking for going in & he was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Very relaxing atmosphere without feeling any pressure to rush into a vehicle. I've bought more cars than I care to admit and would have bought all of them from Greg/Foley if possible. This was my second purchase and first time meeting Greg. He is by far the best "car guy" I have ever worked with....so low key, no pressure, easy to talk to and absolutely genuine. He worked around my crazy schedule, shuffled multiple vehicles so I could test drive all of my choices and truly made this a great experience. Even recommended a great red wine selection! Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

We recently purchased a used Mazda CX5 at Mazda Gallery. Our sales person, Joe D, made the whole process simple. There was no pressure, but he was there to answer every question and to expedite the paperwork process. I feel we got a great car, a good deal and a few laughs thanks to Joe.
The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.

I know most people don't care about a dealers reviews its always about the price but as for me being a former Sales Mgr at a dealership for 10 yrs i know that reviews do matter it says a lot about whether a dealer cares about its customers or not thats why i traveled almost 2 hrs to Direct Auto team in Canton and driving by many many other dealers along the way. After arriving i was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone which gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car i even pulled over and spent about 20 minutes just looking things over and trying every button and lever to make sure they all worked.After getting back to the dealership i sat with Nick in sales and met Dimitry the Mgr who came over to introduce himself. All can say is the buying experience was great everyone was very friendly and i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I left there that day with a great deal and went home with the car i wanted.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! And i hope this review does matter!!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This is the second car I have bought from Best Auto Bargain. I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from him. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism.I really appreciated the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. I know I can come to Best Auto Bargain with any questions or concerns and can do so easily via the internet. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle we will be back.
