NATTY IS CURRNTLY RESEARCHING A 2020 TOYOTA SIENNA WITH LOW MILEAGE THAT I AM VERY INTERSTED IN BUYING AND HAVING IT DELIVERY TO ME IN WELLSBURG, WV ZP 26070 -AND AS A SERIOUSLY DISABLED RETIRED MARINE CORPS COMBAT INFANTRY OFFICER OF 23 YEARS OF ACTIVE DUTY WITH OVER 25 MONTHS EXPOSURE TO AGENT ORANGE IN VIETNAM AND OVER 4 YEARS EXPOSURE TO THE CONTAMINATED WATER AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, NC! AND, NATTY KNOWS THAT, WITH MY DEATH PERHAPS IMMINENT, I MUST NOT TAKE A CHANCE BUYING AN UNRELIABLE USED CAR OR ONE WITH ANY NEGATIVE ASPECTS, BECAUSE I WANT TO BE SURE THAT MY WIFE OF 47 YEARS CANNOT BE LEFT BEHIND WHEN I DIE WITH AN UNAFFORDABLE PROBLEMATIC USED CAR! 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

Casey was easy to work with. Love the test drive; just gave me the keys and said check it out. Deal was simple and to the point from both sides. Truck was great, they detailed and got me out quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. No high pressure B.S. here. Thanks Impex and Casey!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Empire Ford Inc. review
I would like to send a big thank you to Ashley Couto for continually providing me with exceptional service. My truck has been in many times over the years for regular maintenance and service and she never disappoints! She takes the time to make sure everything gets fixed and advises me on the unseen issues. She’ll call me and say , we noticed this or that and asks me if I would like to fix it while it’s there and I usually always do! Ashley is one of the reasons why I would definitely keep buying vehicles from them!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I had the best experience buying my car with Done Deal! The dealership was very easy to work with, the entire process was very smooth. They have a high quality vehicles and excellent service;no price changing, no hidden fees or costs. Oliver was so nice and helpful, she answered all my questions and I really appreciate that. Truly Five star business and people!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Gale Toyota review
This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. A lot of salesmen I notice only care to contact you back if they think they’re making money off you. Derrick always gets back to our questions and concerns regardless. To us that says a lot about his character and makes us always wants to go through him to get a vehicle. We highly recommend Derrick to anyone.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
