We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I’ve been a dedicated Toyota customer for the past ten years, and Koons Toyota Tysons continues to deliver an exceptional experience. My recent purchase of a 2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road was outstanding from start to finish. Maria Lazo, Sales Consultant, provided exceptional customer care and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Azmi Sabah, Business Manager, offered an exceptional level of support while guiding me through financing options and was extremely resourceful in helping me understand warranty coverage choices. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding my expectations once again!

Easterns Nissan of White MarshReviews
Easterns Nissan of White Marsh review
Looking for your next vehicle online? This is the Way! So many things have changed in the past few years in the vehicle shopping process, but the team at Nissan of White Marsh is doing things right. I was shopping for my Frontier for over 5 months, and I was being patient to find the right vehicle at the right price. So many dealerships are quick to throw a number on a car-buying site; you can imagine what happens when you try to ask questions or confirm details- let alone talk price. Brice and the sales team at Nissan of White Marsh treated me with respect and patience even though I wasn't in the building. The transparency, integrity, and ease of communication with Jason in finance made an online and phone interaction feel like a 'hand shake deal'. They checked every box and answered every inquiry. In the end, the Value and Trust earned made it an easy decision to FLY FROM FLORIDA to do business here. If you are shopping online and want peace of mind with your major purchase- I hope that this review speaks to you. Nissan of White Marsh will treat you right and make the experience one to boast about. This is how it is supposed to be!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

We worked with Jose Romero he was knowledgeable, very patient as I has a LOT of questions. I had also put a hold on the vehicle at another dealership. Jose was aware of this and was not pushy blow up my phone and I respected that. Besides being professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient I most appreciated him not being a pushy over the top salesman and truthfully was probably one of the main reasons why I came back. He also knew the car that I really wanted to get into and they did have one on the lot when it came available he called me immediately. Can’t say enough about our experience it was EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend Jose and his team!!!

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

MINI of Montgomery CountyReviews
MINI of Montgomery County review
Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! If you are in the market for a MINI the team in Gaithersburg will take good care of you!!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

King KiaReviews
King Kia review
Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar
