I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I used this van to commute 80 miles to work. Very reliable. Just replaced tires as needed. Very comfortable van to drive. Stow-n-Go seats makes it easy to haul large items.

My experience with Pierre, our sales agent was nothing but excellent. He showed us the car we wanted and also showed us the other cars in their lot. He gave us the car fax on the car we test drove as well as the purchase order. He was very professional. I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

I had a great experience starting 2026 by working with Ulysses Gonzalez to buy my 2019 Highlander XLE from Koons Toyota Annapolis!! First, he made it easy to follow up on the vehicle I was interested in. That was a very good sign! Then he explained that he was there to help me in any he could to reach a good decision that worked for me for this major purchase, and that “concierge” level service was the approach of their entire organization across the board. From my perspective that is how it played out! Ulysses always listened to me and then was available nonstop to answer my questions and find creative ways to make the logistics of deciding on a car work for me even though I live 30 miles from the dealership. And throughout the process, he and everyone else who he pulled in to help me (in the service department, for the financing, etc) were great people! I would highly recommend Ulysses and this dealership to anyone.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Plenty of room to carry the grandkids and still room in the back for carrying things. Navigator 2.5 L engine, back up camera, towing package and great features throughout. It's like driving a luxury car. I love my 2017 transit connect van !

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

He was awesome- no plan to buy yet but bc of his diligence to follow up and explain the features of the HRV 2026 I end up buying and Iike how he knows well the car but he is not pushy unlike other salesman. Andrian is so patient and willing to listen to customer! Honda should give this man a raise!!!

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I contacted the dealership by phone and spoke to Anne Marie. I asked her could she confirm a particular CPO White Civic EX was still available? She seemed eager and willing to do everything she could, even walk outside to verify the car was on the lot. I really appreciated her willing to go the extra step before we drove 30 miles to the dealership. I felt this was going to be a much better experience than what we were currently dealing with at another local Honda dealer. We arrived at the dealership and Anne Marie was waiting for us. She informed us the car was being brought up and we could get processed to take a test drive. Anne Marie is a Pro. She was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. She was able to answer every question my wife had and made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
