2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. I bought my new Outlander at another dealership and wasn't crazy about the experience. My salesman didn't know all the features of the car, so I left with a lot of questions. I called the Grand Blanc Mitsubishi dealership and spoke with Luke. He said I could stop by and he'd help me set things up and explain the features of my car. He was fantastic. He was patient with me and helped me understand how the different features worked. I went back for my first oil change, and Luke was my service manager. Again, he couldn't have been nicer. He had me in and out very quickly.
2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.
