He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Only issue this visit was the technician mentioned my needing a new windshield but also removed it with out saying ANYTHING at all. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. I know the car sales game is fast but the experience still matters so I’m happy that they were able to adjust and meet me where I was. I love our new 4Runner. Thank you David, Lori and team.
