I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Sales: Jordan (salesman) helped me pick out and purchase my beautiful Eclipse Cross. He was not pushy in any way and really listened to my wants and needs. He made it a fairly quick and enoyable process for purchasing my first new car! I wish all salesmen were like him. He still greets me by name when I stop by, makes me feel like I'm more than just a sale! Service: I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and work past closing every day (I wish the service department were open for even just a few hours on Saturday). I got off work a little early and decided to drive up and see if they could fit me in. When I arrived, there was less than an hour left until they closed. Jordan (I think he's the service manager?) went back to ask the techs if they could fit me in. He then brought my car in and went over the work to be performed. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and even washed my dirty car! They didn't have to do that, but I am so grateful they did. Both Jordans, sales and service departments are amazing! Thanks again guys.

I have had this car since 31k miles ago for 4.5 yrs with zero issue up until 83k miles where the P0421 trouble code appeared which means I have to replace the catalytic converter. Driving that long without any issue is a winner for me. Nearing 100k miles explains parts replacement but let's see if I can go another 4+ yrs trouble free once the part is replaced. Overall, it's totally worth the $12k I paid for a 2014 car with only 31k miles on it. I would recommend this make & model.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

I have a 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sport Le I love it absolutely love it it has 130,000 miles on it and not one problem. I drive it daily 70 MI a day for work I absolutely love this car. I do wish they would do something about the paint though it chips very easy. I have used the all-wheel drive and the 4x4 lock I have driven it in snows. One snow was approximately 10 inches there is another snow that had an inch and a half of ice plus 6 in of snow on top of it not one problem of it making it to and from work.

I've bought several cars throughout my life and this dealership was the most laid back, non pushy, quick paced most efficient dealership I've ever dealt with. Shawn was amazing and patient. Never asked for anything extra (more of a down payment) like other salesmen have in the past. We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. My Infinity was overdue for a thorough inspection. This dealership had discount coupons as well as a valet service to pick it up and return it. I received the results of the inspecton with recommended needs. I was able to pay online. It was as easy a process as I could hope for. A couple of things I needed was not done. When delivering a second vehicle to me, the mechanic finished in about 10 minutes. Javier was wonderful to work with as well as the valet service and the mechanics. Thank you for helping me accomplish necessary services.

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!
