I’ve been looking for a car for awhile now but no dealership has ever made me feel comfortable enough to commit. Kyle was personable, patient and knowledgeable about any car I laid my eyes on. He welcomed all of my questions, recommended certain cars and even worked within my price range. I didn’t end up leaving with a car but he left a great impression and followed up with me the next day! He is exceedingly professional and has such a great spirit. Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

Purchased my new 2021 OS 2.0 FWD at the height of the car shortage in December of 2021 for UNDER MSRP while every other car dealer make was doing $5K or more dealer market adjustment price hike over MSRP. Now 1.5 years later can definitely say it has been super reliable through 30K miles. Stock tires were never great on snow so did upgrade early to better Pirellis which improved handling and ride. It is a basic, reliable, adequate small SUV. I average 32 MPG in mixed driving. It is quite fast getting on the highway and I have to be careful because I often am doing way over the speed limit by the time I merge, those who claim it is slow do not know how to drive an ECO programmed CVT - how far the accelerator pedal is press determines the desired acceleration. Even now the dealer has a couple of left over 2022s for $22.5K - that is less than dealers are asking for new KIA Souls around here and $6K less than the lowest priced 2022 new Hyundai Venue.

Love my red suv, 7 passenger, just the right size, not too big with many features, gps, blind spot, auto wipers, side mirrors go in when I lock the doors, well too many to list.

The best thing about the experience was their price. It was at least 4k$ less than any other place that we looked. It is a no haggle price (much cheaper than Car Max) except for the heavy push for their extended Warrantee which was pushed pretty hard. The only other thing that they do that I was not excited about is the paint and interior Protection policy that is 600$ that they would not take out because they say the car has already been treated. I would much rather have done it privately at a much better price. But still got the car MUCH CHEAPER than anywhere else. The other thing that I was disappointed in was that the salesman said that the paint protection was a ceramic coating, which I later found out that it really isn't. Other than those few little things, it was a good experience and would recommend them .

I love my outlander sport. Best vehicle I've ever owned. My nephew drives it more than I do. He wants to buy it from me. I hate to sell it.

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!
