Out-of-state buyer hunting online for a good deal, found what I needed at VW of Salem. First, the price was a deal. Second, the buying process was mostly painless... Communication with sales was easy by email, text, and a few phone calls. Most of the difficulty was actually on my bank's end. No weird pressure or vibes from sales when I told them I had financing already lined up. Once everything was lined up, they picked me up from Portland airport and took the vehicle for a test drive, then quickly finished up the purchase. Only delay was apparently one detailer working so getting that final complimentary carwash took a while. Will consider buying from them again when it's time to replace the wife's car!

This Outlander is the best.It is better than a mercedes royal's rice and b m w. We love this vehicle! The handling is the best!

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! I was looking at a 2015 Ford F-150 that they had listed on their website. I made an appointment with Alec and came in the next day to look at it. He and the team at Gladstone Mitsubishi made sure that all my needs were met and I was happy. The buying process was very smooth and easy. I didn't feel forced or pressured like at the other dealerships I visited prior! Loved the team and hospitality provided.

I’m at 218000 miles. The only failures have been a $30 brake switch and the radio touch screen. I do required maintenance and drive carefully. This vehicle has outstanding reliability.

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

Service team did a great job. Vehicle pickup and delivery is a nice option. Ray in service does a great job of keeping you informed of your service status. Very friendly and professional.

Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

What is their to say. The models from 08 to 15 where pretty amazing. The only thing I’ll start off with, is if your looking for a factory carbon fiber or crazy interior don’t stop at the Evo X. The interior is pretty relax compared to WRX models, aside and after that.. epic! Great handling, power control, upgrade options, support from vendors and forums like crazy. Handles like a prob without upgrades. Owned multiple cars, and this by far is my favorite.

For my first car, it’s great and I love it. I’ve always wanted a car that wasn’t giant and making me uncomfortable. It’s extremely comfortable and the trunk space is amazing.

This car never gave me any issues. Is very reliable and rides very smooth. I have made modifications to it listed in my listing. This car is for someone who enjoys cars and making modifications. The exhaust is louder than stock, but not too loud that the ride is not enjoyable.

We bought ours in the Summer of 2019. Just passed 14k and we hardly ever use gas! At about .80 cents for 25 mile charge you can't beat it. Comfortable, luxurious ride. Excellent Leather Seats. Plug up to a regular house outlet with charger provided with vehicle. Best vehicle we have ever owned.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Super simple to drive, great visibility, never seen the CEL in years of driving a modified car, absolutely love this car. Simple to work on, loads of great aftermarket parts, handles like on rails, keeps up or beats higher end cars. I've outpaced everything that asked... With a nice turbo, cams and tune. Car will pull so hard, and still be daily driven

Supercar performance at a bargain price. A few modifications makes this car even better (exhaust, FMIC, intake, & tune). I have driven other AWD cars but after a test drive on the EVO X, I just had to have it. But besides speed and acceleration, it is at the corners where the Evo X really shines. It takes corners like it is on rails. Reliability is solid too! I've had the Evo for 5 years now with no problems at all. However, the Evo X does have its imperfections. First and foremost. . . gas mileage. The best you can hope for is 22 - 23 mpg. My average mpg is around 19 - 20 mpg. And with a small fuel tank, I have to gas up before hitting 290 miles. Another issue is interior noise. It doesn't really bother me but it bothers my wife and friends. But this car is not for them. It is for me and I enjoy driving it everyday! I only hope Mitsubishi decides to continue with the Evolution. If not, I'll be owning a car that is fun to drive, reliable...and soon....rare.
