Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I had the best experience with Checkered Flag Auto Outlet. This is my second time using Checkered Flag as our dealership. Our salesman, Allen Belanger, was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was genuine, answered all of our questions, and never pushed anything on us. He called us as soon as the vehicle we were interested in was ready to be viewed. The whole team at the Auto Outlet made us feel like they were a close knit family, and we became part of it. They even helped entertain my one year old daughter! I will continue to recommend Checkered Flag to all of my family and friends in the area!
Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop about EVERYTHING. I admit I was a challenge with my requirements as well as not the best credit out here BUT Stino prevailed and now I am proudly driving my new Altima. The other staff was also, too, truly amazing. I came in to wrap up the sale with a terrible headache just dealing with the car buying process and the lady at the reception area offered me a snack, water, and Tylenol. The finance gentleman worked his magic and was able to get me a good monthly payment as well as warranty. He also went above to provide whatever he had to get my children to settle down. Football it was and he, or the rest of staff, never showed any frustration with my kids or myself. They even gave them snacks :) To all of you at Charles Barker, Laskin Rd, THANK YOU ! Honestly, if you are in the car buying process LET THIS BE YOUR FIRST AND LAST STOP. They truly treat you wonderfully with no pressure. Just when I started to get discouraged, they got me approved.
Best vehicle purchasing experience that I have had to date. Ray Aiden was extremely helpful and professional as well being very receptive to all the questions my wife I had about the car we purchased. Ray was very informative and there was no sales pressure, so it was very easy to come to a decision on a vehicle and feel good about my choice. I have had only good experiences with CB Toyota and I am looking forward to that continuing in the future.
As an out-of-state buyer, I was met at the airport, and thoroughly shown the car. I took a test drive with their mechanic (my choice) and went on rough roads and did a panic stop, etc. Everyone was friendly, but more important, they were straightforward and honest. By that I mean there was no attempt to embellish or make up things about the car. The car and the Carfax spoke for themselves! The actual transaction was smooth and to the point. No funny business or surprises. I drove the car some 600 miles home and it worked flawlessly. I am extremely pleased with the car and the entire buying process.
Rob Franklin was great! Very personable. We came in about an hour before closing. He was very patient, kind, and accommodating when it came to what we wanted.
