2023 Mitsubishi Mirage review
Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you, Ray, and the Auto Merchant team, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

I'm in Europe. 2015 Mitsubishi Space Star (Mirage in USA). I moved from USA to Europe and got this car for 4,900euros with only 52,000 miles! This car is roomier than you think, it's about the size of the old Yaris. Trunk can fit a Full Size suitcase with a little room on the sides. Can fit 5 adults or 2 adults + 2 car seats. 1 small adult or child can size in the middle in a pinch. Modern car and smooth ride. Some road noise, but nothing crazy. Light steering wheel touch to turn and ergonomics feel good and quality. Soaks bumps nicely kinda like a mini Camry. Just change the CVT and Engine oil on time, should be fine! This car feels smart and not cheap at all.

2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
It’s a simple, affordable, efficient car with higher end technology you wouldn’t expect in a car like this. Others have said the AC is terrible, but I haven’t experienced anything of the sort - quite the contrary. The AC cools the small cabin in just a few minutes even in 90+ degree Georgia summer heat. Maybe an older one that needs the AC serviced wouldn’t work as well, but nothing works like new unless you take care of it. As for everything else, it really is what it is. Its strong points are fuel efficiency, technology, and long term reliability. Weak points are exactly what you would expect for the trade off: not a sports car so it doesn’t take off like one, not an extremely comfortable ride, but what do you expect from an inexpensive car built to be light weight and good on mpg.

WOW.. JUS LOOK AT MY RATINGS.... I OWN A 2017. SAPPHIRE BLUE SE. . EXCELLENT CONDITION. AUTO.. 1.2 3CYL 80HP. THE COLOR REALLY MAKES THE CAR FOR ME.. I GET 38 -48 MPG... CITY IS 28.. THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. PERFORMANCE IS THE BEST OF THE SUB COMPACT CARS AND EVEN LARGER 4 D SEDANS,, THE MIRAGE IS ROOMY INSIDE ALSO. IVE HAD 6 FOOT 4 FREINDS IN THE CAR . THEY WERE SHOCKED .. LOL... IVE BEEN OFFERED BY KIA. TO TRADE MINE IN TO THEM.. .. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS LITTLE CAR.. "" NEBULA"" IS HER NAME. 100K MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.. IVE HIT THE 100K MARK.. JUS HAD A TUNE UP AND NEW TIRES.ITS BEEN PAID OFF SINCE 22..SO IM STUCK RIGHT NOW .. IN WINTER. I JUS WISH THE MIRAGE CAME WITH A STOCK TURBO,, IT WOULD REALLY BE FUN.. IDK IF I WANT A NEWER CAR .. NEW PAYMENTS.. .THE MIRAGE IS SOLID.. I THINK SHE CAN MAKE IT TO 200K, PLUS .. ...MIVEC CLASS ENGINE.. 7 AIR BAGS. ROCKFORD FOSGATE STEREO SYSTEM.HANDLING IS GOOD ALSO.. THE SPORTAUTO TRANS IN 2ND. D2. IS AVAILABLE AND USEFUL.. ACCELERATION IS GOOD.. WHEN NEEDED.. YOU'LL BE SURPRISED.. .VERY SURPRISED.. THATS WHY I STILL HAVE IT.. DO SOME REASERCH ON SOME OF MY COMMENTS .. BUT REMEMBER THE SPECS ONLINE ARE MOSTLY DOWN GRADED .. SUCH AS PERFORMANCE.. TOP SPEED HP,, O - 60 TIMES.. ETC... ID SAY FROM EXPERIENCE.. THE MIRAGE IS FASTER AND HAS MORE HP THAN MOSTLY ALL THE REVIEWS IVE READ.. ONLY 1 AGREED WITH MY STATS & SPECS,,. I LAUGH AT THE 1 YOU TUBE GUY WHO SAYS THE MIRAGE IS TOTAL.. CRAP.. I LAUGH AT HIM.. ALSO YOU STAND OUT IN THE MIRAGE.. IN THIS SUV .. 4DR SEDAN WORLD.. WELL.. AS YOU CAN SEE ID RECOMMEND THE MIRAGE.. 100%..

2022 Mitsubishi Mirage review
In 2016 we bought our first brand new Mitsubishi Mirage. Our daughter was helping us move and was driving our new car, when suddenly she was hit on the passenger side by a drunk driver. The safety features of the Mitsubishi Mirage thankfully saved her. With the insurance money and the Gap Insurance, needless to say we bought another brand new Mitsubishi Mirage! Then our daughter, her husband moved to Missouri! They were planning to come for Christmas and the 4 seater Mirage wouldn’t work, so we bought a 7 seater Mitsubishi Outlander. Since they didn’t come and do to finances wouldn’t be able to come we decided to down grade to a new 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. While driving on the highway I hit something (even though I didn’t see it) that flattened three tires and one of the rims. The way the the SUV is made, I had no trouble pulling over to the side of the road. In fact I thought I only had one flat tire until we were towed to a tire shop and that’s when we found out how bad it was. They figured because it had rained the night before, that the water covered a pothole and that’s what I hit! They said we were lucky to be alive and nothing else was wrong with the car! Well being that my husband is sight impaired and I now have arthritis in my right hip and left knee. Getting in the SUV even with a step was a challenge! So after 4 years we traded it in for a brand new 2022 Mirage LE! These aren’t fancy inside but they have good features. Even the 2022 with its small 3 cylinder engine, has very good pickup and does very well going up hills, without to much trouble.,All Mitsubishi vehicles get great gas mileage and a wonderful warranty! I’ve never understood the bad reviews because we’ve been very happy with the vehicles we’ve had!

2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I downsized from a 2014 Subaru Forester I had for 10 years, purchasing a 2-year old Mirage SE with a whopping 4000 miles on it. It’s a beautiful tiny car, as loaded as can be, and averages 40 mpg. It works great in the city and on the highway and is a little cocoon of amenities. The visibility out the front window was a bit challenging to get used to due to the black box. And despite only being 5’4” I sit really high to the windscreen. Otherwise the interior fits me great — being aware this is not a car built for bigger people or those needing to haul more than 2 people and some groceries (although I do plan to take it camping), I love the styling and overall zippiness. It was priced very well for the model. This will be a long-term vehicle for me and I’m very pleased a month in.

2022 Mitsubishi Mirage review
If you are looking for a cheap car just to get the route from A to B point - this one is perfect for that. Not for families with children, not for parties. Good like a first car. Really small (probably one of the smallest cars that I've ever seen before). This fits 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children (not on the child boosters \ seats). Or 2 adults and 2 children in child seats. Almost zero room for the luggage. Pretty good for gas - it's worst than hybrid cars but better than many other gas cars. On average about 30 mpg in the city for us. So in our new world with the highest rates on the gas - it's a good idea to buy cars like that just for daily job rides. Exactly at our Mirage, we have some noises on time of braking uses. It starts right after the purchase of this car. Nothing extra in our first 3-month use. So 4 from 5 for a good gas using but ugly design inside.

2014 Mitsubishi Mirage review
Versatile and reliable wheels with some nice options! Automatic climate control, heated seats, adjustable lumbar support for the driver, power windows, tilt, power steering. With about 135,000 miles on the odometer now, I am super happy with "The Mits" as we call it.

We have bought two cars from this dealership no problems and looking to buy a 3rd . Some ratings state they don’t call back thet are great about calling back .i will say company is small and are super busy always.with I noticed a lot repeat buyers . So most of time they are on the lot showing cars which actually sell them selves the lots cars do sell fast due to great prices
2022 Mitsubishi Mirage review
I owned a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback Rockford Fosgate edition that got 40+ mpg in the city and up to 50+ mpg on the interstate. That car was totalled in a wreck 2 weeks ago, I was hit from behind by a large pickup truck. I am now driving a 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage ES Hatchback and it is just as good. I give it a 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Upon entering the dealership one of the attendants asked if he could help. Then directed me to the cars I had in question. I looked the cars over and all questions were answered to my satisfaction.
2018 Mitsubishi Mirage review
The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable. And fun to drive

Mears is a very professional dealership. I would have to say one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto dealer. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. The friendliest staff, a huge lot of cars.m, and they were constantly busy with customers.
