I was impressed with the service we received from Avis. Our salesman Saad was busy when we got there and another salesman Don (think that's his name) assisted us until Saad could. Process was easy and smooth. Only thing I didn't like is the only outside financing they take is Navy Federal or USAA or use theirs which is not bad (Chase Bank) We had our own but we got a good rate from Chase. Angie in the finance office is super nice and helpful. Good price for the vehicle and my wife was very happy with her anniversary gift.

VOYAGE VEHICLES LLC. review
I reached out online to check availability on a car I was looking for. They were very responsive without being pushy at all and provided me with the information I needed.
2014 Mitsubishi Outlander review
I've owned many cars and over 7 Mitsubishis,They are some of the most dependable and underrated cars and SUVs today. I feel like the so called pro reviews attack the Mitsubishi because of older reliable technology, and not having all the newer technology that's untested or gimmicks that will be obsolete or expensive to fix. The v6 is tried and true dependable responsive as is the transmission. So if you want reliability this is the vehicle, the AWD is second to none . I also own a gsx AWD turbo 1g as I've owned 2g and other examples. I bought with 90k for a steal from a dealer over 3 years ago and haven't had one issue with it ,runs great ,smooth good options but,USB, Sirius,cd player. Sonte ever plan on getting rid of this will maintain and keep Just look at all the issues with newer cars including the Nissan engines in new outlander ,the Mazda turbos etc. give me a old reliable proven platform over some new shiny technology that breaks easily or is issue prone. So I don't take care reviews from the big mags seriously anymore. I do my own research and for me got to have a suv with a v6 and awd as well as economy modes and. Plenty of room

2015 Mitsubishi Mirage review
This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

2009 Mitsubishi Outlander review
I bought this suv used in 2018 with 81k. Now has 122k and it is still running great. Everything works looks newer than it is and I get 28.5 mpg. This is our "Towncar" grocery getter that my wife actually likes better than our Porsche Cayenne our BMW Msport 5 series and My Mustang GT convertible. I will keep this baby forever.

2011 Mitsubishi Lancer review
2010 Lancer GTS 2.4 CVT. I changed spark plugs and coils, which gave it a lot more power. Does roughly 30 mpg even around town. 41k miles on it now and seems to run great. ABS ASC sensors do get dirty fairly quickly on these cars. Power wash inside of wheels every so often takes care of that problem. 61 yrs old and I love the car and enjoy driving it. I run the xxxx out of it!

Norm Reeves Honda Superstore North Richland Hills review
After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. Long story short - the complete purchase from the time the Mark Itzo contacted me about a 2020 Nissan Kicks they had to the time my wife & I drove off the lot was UNDER 2 hours. & those 2 hours where incredibly wonderful with Mark treating my wife & myself as customers whom mattered to the finance folks whom had us in & out of the finance office in under 20mins. SO hat's off - cheers - two thumbs up - hugs - to ALL the staff @ N - orm Reeves Honda Superstore North Richland Hills - THIS Dealership deserves to be recognized as THE best dealership in the DFW area.
2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 review
This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

I bought a new Jeep on 7-11-20, and the experience was excellent. A few weeks earlier I had contacted the Sales Team for a trade assessment of my old vehicle, and all of the information and options were provided very timely. The financing process was very fast and I had to spend very little time at the dealership. Great people and operation.
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander review
2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.

Auto Merchants Inc. review
Omar was great! Easy to work with, very knowledgeable, up front and honest. Would recommend Omar.
2024 Mitsubishi Mirage review
It’s a simple, affordable, efficient car with higher end technology you wouldn’t expect in a car like this. Others have said the AC is terrible, but I haven’t experienced anything of the sort - quite the contrary. The AC cools the small cabin in just a few minutes even in 90+ degree Georgia summer heat. Maybe an older one that needs the AC serviced wouldn’t work as well, but nothing works like new unless you take care of it. As for everything else, it really is what it is. Its strong points are fuel efficiency, technology, and long term reliability. Weak points are exactly what you would expect for the trade off: not a sports car so it doesn’t take off like one, not an extremely comfortable ride, but what do you expect from an inexpensive car built to be light weight and good on mpg.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

Also, they put on the front license plate for me for the state of Texas. That was super great, too! When I encountered employees they all said hello when they saw me in the waiting area. I appreciated their kind smiles and comments. Great place!

WOW.. JUS LOOK AT MY RATINGS.... I OWN A 2017. SAPPHIRE BLUE SE. . EXCELLENT CONDITION. AUTO.. 1.2 3CYL 80HP. THE COLOR REALLY MAKES THE CAR FOR ME.. I GET 38 -48 MPG... CITY IS 28.. THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. PERFORMANCE IS THE BEST OF THE SUB COMPACT CARS AND EVEN LARGER 4 D SEDANS,, THE MIRAGE IS ROOMY INSIDE ALSO. IVE HAD 6 FOOT 4 FREINDS IN THE CAR . THEY WERE SHOCKED .. LOL... IVE BEEN OFFERED BY KIA. TO TRADE MINE IN TO THEM.. .. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS LITTLE CAR.. "" NEBULA"" IS HER NAME. 100K MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.. IVE HIT THE 100K MARK.. JUS HAD A TUNE UP AND NEW TIRES.ITS BEEN PAID OFF SINCE 22..SO IM STUCK RIGHT NOW .. IN WINTER. I JUS WISH THE MIRAGE CAME WITH A STOCK TURBO,, IT WOULD REALLY BE FUN.. IDK IF I WANT A NEWER CAR .. NEW PAYMENTS.. .THE MIRAGE IS SOLID.. I THINK SHE CAN MAKE IT TO 200K, PLUS .. ...MIVEC CLASS ENGINE.. 7 AIR BAGS. ROCKFORD FOSGATE STEREO SYSTEM.HANDLING IS GOOD ALSO.. THE SPORTAUTO TRANS IN 2ND. D2. IS AVAILABLE AND USEFUL.. ACCELERATION IS GOOD.. WHEN NEEDED.. YOU'LL BE SURPRISED.. .VERY SURPRISED.. THATS WHY I STILL HAVE IT.. DO SOME REASERCH ON SOME OF MY COMMENTS .. BUT REMEMBER THE SPECS ONLINE ARE MOSTLY DOWN GRADED .. SUCH AS PERFORMANCE.. TOP SPEED HP,, O - 60 TIMES.. ETC... ID SAY FROM EXPERIENCE.. THE MIRAGE IS FASTER AND HAS MORE HP THAN MOSTLY ALL THE REVIEWS IVE READ.. ONLY 1 AGREED WITH MY STATS & SPECS,,. I LAUGH AT THE 1 YOU TUBE GUY WHO SAYS THE MIRAGE IS TOTAL.. CRAP.. I LAUGH AT HIM.. ALSO YOU STAND OUT IN THE MIRAGE.. IN THIS SUV .. 4DR SEDAN WORLD.. WELL.. AS YOU CAN SEE ID RECOMMEND THE MIRAGE.. 100%..

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I have a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SE with 17K miles. I have the suede seats which are extremely comfortable, and the heated seats are great in the winter. A lot of people complain about the acceleration and gas mileage. I personally am very happy. I usually average between 30-33 mpg. The acceleration is more than enough for daily and regular highway driving. My Android Auto, backup camera, blind spot monitors, etc all work great. The only minor issue I have had is with the tailgate. The interior button does not work. All in all not a big deal as I can just open it normally while standing at the tailgate. I also love my automatic folding mirrors. It makes it so easy at the car wash, and I like how they automatically fold in when I lock the doors. The headlights are fantastic, I have much better visibility when driving at night than in previous vehicles I have owned. My car handles very well and I feel safe driving on the highway, in the rain, etc. I purchased slightly used from Carvana and got a great deal. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I upgraded from a 2021 Kia Soul S just for reference.

I had a great experience with the team at Brothers Motors. Everyone here is extremely friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and made the whole process simple and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dealership where people genuinely care about helping you find the right fit, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

I dropped off my car to have regular maintenance and annual inspection. Service Mgr. Kevin Rogers and Javier, were exceptional. I felt my car was in great hands, I was dropped off work and picked up without having to miss any work. I believe they had my car's best interest, without getting the feeling I was being over charged or having unnecessary work done on my vehicle.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
2017 Mitsubishi Lancer review
I am not married nor do I have kids. This car would be great for long distance, family trips. Good trunk room and spacious back seats. I got the top line model with a sunroof and head seats. And I love the Rockford Fosgate sound system! Got a 10" subwoofer in the trunk! It PUMPS the bass! It's got a part time 4WD/AWD which is nice in sedan. It helped me get thru some snow in Maryland. The CVT does make funny noises. But mechanic said it was normal. Ride is not bad. It is sports tuned after all. The interior is kind of dated. Steering wheel only has a tilt function, not telescope. Just up and down but can't pull the steering wheel close to me. Great A/C and heating. The leather is kind of cheap though. Handles great! Gas mileage 36 mpg on HWY! That's not bad. Worse mileage was 18 mpg CITY but it was stop and go traffic. DC is notorious for that! But not bad at all for a 4 door sedan for under $20k!

I think the best option of quality to price. Modern style, all you need to have city car for competetive price comparing with big cars.
