2026 Ford Ranger review
I purchase a 2019 Ranger and then a 2024 Ranger. Zero issues with problems and the comfort, power, and reliability are all top notch. The 10-speed transmission has been a dream with the turbo. My wife has a King Ranch F-150 but usually takes the Ranger because of the ease of driving in town. 24 to 28 MPG based on computer.

2026 Jeep Compass review
My wife finally considered to get a new car after considering another pre owned purchase, she loved her pre owned Jeep Patriot, now with 146k, we decided bc it served our family with reliable and still does, she found the Jeep Compass the next generation Jeep Patriot. The look and luxury interior is next level value and reasonably priced. We went with the 4x4 limited with the panoramic sunroof, white exterior with the sport black top, black graphite wheels and black durable leather interior with a navy blue stitching makes this car sporty but with luxury. The interior seats are durable enough we won't be worried about traveling with our dog! 200HP 4 cylinder turbo is ideal with average 26 miles per gallon effecient. We are extremely happy. Huffines Plano, Texas, Frank, was awesome to work with! We have now purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership, my father n law has purchased 4 Jeeps from them over a 20 year time period.

2025 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

Went in and the team at Mercedes were once again fantastic. Experience was great without a ton of pressure, but generally interested in putting a deal together that I felt was fair and mutually beneficial. Ended up with a unicorn bucket list car that I had no idea they would have on the lot much less not spoken for but they did. G-Wagen! Deal was quick, fast, convenient. The car was done up ready to go and they walked me thru the functionality per usual white glove car. I'll be honest, this dealership has on multiple occasions done great for me and I'd highly recommend them. When I've had issues, they go above and beyond to make things right. Service seriously is the best I've had with any car manufacturer and I've tried them all in the area (some multiple times - own and swapped car to car a lot). Sales person was Dave Coffey and would also highly recommend him. He did a great job and we just came in off the street without an appointment but treated us well walking thru what they had on the lot and showcasing any and all cars we asked about. I can't speak for the other brands in motorworld, but this Mercedes team are the bomb and would recommend them if you're considering your next car.
2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Generally, a great ride. Love driving on the highway. This is my second Benz SUB. A lot of technology and tips to go, but Mercedes is still about classy simplicity which I absolutely love. The issue I am having now at just over 8,000 miles is a squeaky rear heat shield, and knocking and rattling going over speed bumps or uneven road. Taking it to the dealer for the fix.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Driving on the first leg of our trip home from western PA in our 2016 Flex, the battery charge light came on almost immediately. We drove about 260 miles to our stop for the night on Sunday. We had watched the warning light stay on and then go off for a while and then come back on. We had another 340 miles to go on Monday but our son advised us not to go before getting it checked since it appeared to be the alternator and the car could stall on our way if we tried. We were expecting a snowstorm on Tuesday at home in NH so we were searching for a place that could take care of us on Monday. We settled on Key Ford as our only chance. We ended up dealing with Service Advisor, Brian Kozuck, and he indicated they would do their best to get us on the road by the end of the day. Brian kept us informed as they diagnosed the problem (it was the alternator which was bench tested and failed) and worked on replacing it. All looked like it would be finished by 5pm closing but at the last minute things were not checking out. The replacement alternator was not putting out the required amperage. It was 5pm and looking like another 2 nights at the hotel so we could drive home after the storm. Brian offered to drive me back to the hotel and we started out. About 5 minutes into the drive he got a call from his mechanic who indicated he had found that a ground wire had burnt out and they could take care of it. He thought this would take care of the problem so we turned around and went back. They continued to work, making new ground wire and putting things back together. Almost an hour and a half later (well past the 5pm closing time for the shop) the car was fixed. We were able to drive home Monday night and beat the storm that dumped 8" of snow on Tuesday. We can't thank Brian and the mechanics at Key Ford enough for working beyond closing time and helping us get home ahead of the snow!! THANK YOU BRIAN AND YOUR TEAM!!

I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the positive outcome and – long story short – very thankful I went to Ray Price Mount Pocono to purchase my vehicle. There is no doubt I will return when our family is in the market for another vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
