There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

After intense negotiations we reached a deal that I feel was a descent deal of course I would have liked to have gotten more for my car and given less for theirs along with a few more concessions from them but overall I think things worked out pretty good.

Our experience (my wife and mine) could not have been better. We came out to your location with the idea of ordering a 2018 Limited Pacifica; we knew the color; and equipment desired; and to our surprise, one was sitting on the show room floor. It was exactly what we wanted except it was a 2017. It truly was a beautiful vehicle and we just couldn't resist, so Anne and I purchased the 2017. Our sales person, Steve Lane, couldn't have been nicer. His description and explanation of the vehicle's features were clear and expertly done. It's the best car that I have ever driven. Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

I would recommend you get a car or SUV or any vehicle from salesman Jason Freed he was amazing he worked with us and go us into a truck that we love and worked with us so we didnt have to finance also his amazing customers services he really understands his customers and there needs and the financer was also terrific please please please come here. I like the interior of the car it has a nice finish, the outside is very nice. I think this is a very compatible car for anyone !
