Very good service appointment and experience. Done quickly. Nice people. Only problem I ran into was that I had wanted my car detailed (cleaned inside and out), but was told they could only do this in the mornings (my appoitment was for 3:30).

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. Buying our vehicle at Kelley Buick GMC was a great experience. Our Sales Consultant Braxton Nyland was waiting for us with the vehicle ready to test drive. We loved the vehicle and proceeded to the showroom to work out the details. To our surprise everything was up front and open, no exhausting back and forth. The General Sales Manager Brandon Wundrow also checked to make sure we had everything we needed and thanked us for our business! In no time our new vehicle was ready to drive off the lot!

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Everyone dreads buying a car, but at this place they do the best they can to make it go quickly and smoothly. It was a pleasure working with them, especially Shaw in the Finance department. He explained everything well (expected) but he also didn't make us feel pressured or rushed which my entire family appreciated. We now have a reliable car and I'm so thankful.

Love the car. More than enough power Very good mileage, roomy and comfortable seats. My only problem is getting into Google maps for navigation. That's the reason for the four star for the interior.
