They were very explained what would be serviced and I even received a video from the mechanic describing what was being done and my vehicle’s general condition (it was in excellent condition). Sydney, my service counselor, was great in that she was professional, friendly and attentive. I arrived when they were super busy and she moved quickly to assist me in dropping off my vehicle. I love to wait at JohnsonSubaru’s facility when getting routine maintenance services. The facility is amazing. It’s very peaceful and open. It’s a great place to read and to browse the showroom.

I found my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville after searching the MB USA website. I bought the car virtually and the process was seamless and perfect. Right up until shipping. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. I was pretty upside down in my Charger. I have been wanting a Mustang for a while and finally decided to get one. I went and saw Chip there and explained everything to him about being upside down and not knowing if I could trade out of it yet and we sat down found the right one and went to work on it. With the help of the manager who is also the GM Jared we were able to get the deal done and I drove out with a brand new 2025 Mustang. My payments including gap and a service contract in hand were right where I was wanting to be. Great people. 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

2026 Ford F-450 review
I moved up from an f350 to an F450. I was shocked to learn the turning radius was much shorter. The wheel,brakes and tires are also larger. I love this truck. I use it to haul our 5th wheel RV and 3 horse trailer. If you're on the fence between an f350 and f450 DRW. I'd do the f450.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2026 Ford F-150 review
This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

2025 Ford Mustang review
I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.
