Initiating contact with the Rohrman sales team was easy through the website. We were made aware of finance and lease options as well as add ons without feeling unduly pressured. We appreciated our salesman going through car settings and features with us.

I have purchased two vehicles here in the past 5 years and I try to get all my maintenance done with them when I can. The sales staff is always extremely helpful and don't make it feel like a high-pressure sale. I worked with Logan this past sale and he was incredible. He worked with me to get a price that worked for me, staying past closing time and making arrangements to meet me the next day to finish the sale when I was able to come back. I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

DeFouw replaced the bleeder valve at no cost, since it was a recall, but did not go further to check the brake system. When I brought it back in to say it was not fixed they told me that the booster pump was bad but that it had to be ordered from Tennessee, which would take a week. This delay, which could have been fixed by ordering it the first time I came in, is now costing me an additional $600 to rent a car for our vacation, in addition to the $750 it is costing me to replace the booster pump. I am not happy that this has happened. The reason I brought it in the first time was so that it would be ready for vacation. Maybe there was no way to avoid this problem, but it sure looks like it could have been avoided.

I scheduled my 4th free oil change. When I went in I was told that I did not get another free oil change. We had a discussion and was told no. Then another service rep. Came over and looked at the screen and said with a 2023 I could have another free oil change since I was under 24000 miles. Having to argue made the visit not too good of an experience.

I unfortunately had a replace a 2022 CRV that was totaled with 2026 CRV EX that I love too so far. There is the same Honda quality with some improvements over the 2022 (like a wireless phone charger and more room). All around great vehicle that is a joy to drive! The only thing I miss about the 2022 is the classy wood paneling.

I used the web to request an oil change appointment for my KIA Sportage. The directions I received took me to the Rohrman Hyundai dealership, despite there being a dedicated KIA dealership nearby. The dealership personnel were easily able to switch things around and I drove then to the KIA dealership. Once there, things went very smoothly.

The body shop did a great job with repairs. The receptionist and our contact person, Guy, were friendly and helpful.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

The only dealer I go to now. Scott is the best salesman I have ever bought from. He knows the products and explains everything so I can make my decision on what will fit my needs. Gary in service makes sure my vehicles are properly maintained without trying to over sell me on what i don't need. I was a mechanic a very long time ago and appreciate honest repairs.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Our experience there was great. Everyone would cheerfully answer our questions. Our sales person Sheila Passmore really took a lot of time explaining the workings of the car. We still have questions, but Sheila said that we could bug her anytime (we will try not to). She is such a helpful person. The whole purchase was made easy and relaxed, no pressure and no rush at anytime. We have dealt with the Defouw dealership since 2014 and have always had really good sevice.

This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.
