McGrath Volkswagen of Marion review
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRICING: Having purchased more cars than shoes, at least it seems like this, I am very familiar with dealers and the process. We purchased our 2025 VW ID BUZZ through McGrath of Marion due to the pricing and ease. We saved almost 20k in doing so and working with the sales team [BLAKE] was like dealing with family or a friend; transparent. But more so, the follow up service was what makes the whole experience worthwhile. We had a minor glitch on transport. And McGrath took full responsibility for this. We appreciate this level of integrity. This was all handled thousand plus miles away on the phone. No xx, no dancing around ... everything was straight up and handled. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend McGrath of Marion for all car related purchases.

Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa City review
While I did not end up purchasing anything from this dealership, I did look into a car and take it for a test drive. The sales rep who helped was named Anthony and he was super polite and professional and made me and my parents feel at ease while we looked into the car. He was also great at following up with text and email to see his my decision process was going and he alerted me to price changes on the vehicle I looked at as well as keeping an eye out for other vehicles that were in my price range.
2026 Jeep Cherokee review
So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa City review
My husband and I were just browsing through when Joe popped out to see if we needed any assistance. He answered some questions and grabbed some keys for a test drive. Honestly, we didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle on our first day looking but we absolutely loved our experience and Joe was so personable and felt very trustworthy. My husband has been a mechanic in the past and really appreciated Joe looking into things with our SUV. All in all - great experience and will definitely be recommending Joe at Deery Brother's to anyone in search of a vehicle. He also checked in a few days after the purchase to follow-up, which I wasn't expecting but always appreciate.

Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa City review
Deery Brothers Iowa City hands down has the best service department that is around, never have i seen so many people go above and beyond to take care of a customer and do it as fast as possible to get you back in your vehicle. I have been to many dealerships in my time and never have I been able to genuinely take my car in and forget that it is in for service, mostly because I know they are going to keep me updated and send pictures and or video showing the issues that I brought it in for even if its a issue that I did not even know was there all because they do a multipoint inspection on every vehicle that they get. Saftey is the biggest thing that someone should want for themselves or there family. I know when I do buissness here at deery thats what Ill get. The service manager alex is beyond one of the nices people I have ever met, but He has a Lane Manager Zeke who will always choose customers over company and will fight tooth and nail to make sure he gives his all and to make sure you leave a happy customer.

Billion Honda in Iowa City review
Chip Vanderpol is undeniably one of the best salesmen I've encountered. His passion for his work is evident, and his expertise shines through in every interaction. From my very first visit, he ensured that I felt comfortable and reassured. During my experience at Billion Honda, I appreciated that I was not subjected to the relentless follow-up calls typical of other dealers who often disregard customers' work schedules. Chip arranged a test drive and made sure that the delivery of my chosen car was timely. He meticulously went through every detail of the car with me. When my number plates arrived a month later, Chip even assisted in installing them—a task I wish I had the skills to do myself. Regardless of how trivial my questions might seem, he always provided thorough answers and ensured I felt well-supported throughout my customer journey. Thank you, Chip, for all your help and expertise.

Inquired on Vehicle on a sunday night, Had a sales assistant contact me back that same night. Sale's consultant contacted me right away monday morning by 7:15am. He sent me their Ipacket and sent me a video of the vehicle. A few things weren't covered in the video about the body that would have been nice to know, but overall a good experience buying sight unseen.

My son’s Kia Sportage went into limp mode and we thought it was done for. Fortunately, it was under warranty for the issue and they fixed it so quickly! They also fixed my steering column from when the “Kia Boys” tried to steal it in Colorado. I had declined to fix it when it happened, hoping that would deter them from trying again. I am so grateful to Keagon and the whole crew!

They are awesome. They took their time to explain every step and were not pushy to get you to buy.
2026 Chevrolet Tahoe review
MY 2026 Chevy Tahoe Z 71 had some issues with the electronics early on (2500 miles) which included defrosters coming on by themselves as well as temps in the vehicle changing to 75 degrees when starting up in the morning. GMC did an update and everything seems to be functioning well. The adaptive cruise control is a little rough in its reaction to other vehicles that are stopping as well as when going around curves, but for the most part it seems to work well. I would not click on the auto speed change in the apps section as the vehicle changes speeds to coincide with posted speed limits which can be very abrupt if there is a 15-20 mph differential. Dash and screen are very nice and accommodating. Currently I am having a problem with connecting my iPhone to the vehicle as a trusted device permanently and have been on the call with ONSTAR as well as googling and using ChatGPT to find out why it keeps dropping. No answer as of today. Love the feel of the Tahoe and feel the engine is sufficient for every day driving as well as minor off road use. Pricey for those that want a vehicle under 75,000 dollars but a good value against the competition.

Ashley is top notch! His professionalism and communication are the best I’ve ever seen in the car business! I’m trying to get to him but distance and time are an issue. I may make the 700mi trip next week simply because of him!
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The truck looks incredible, rides smoothly, and has all the power and capability I was looking for. If you’re considering a new truck, I highly recommend the 2026 Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss.

Great staff all around. Logan answered any questions I had, and went above and beyond explaining the vehicle features. Even traveled nearly two hours to deliver the vehicle when it was ready.
2026 Buick Enclave review
I have nothing but great things to say about my car, Its roomy, quiet, beautifully designed, smooth lines. Like better than my former car (Acura mdx-SH AWD) Interior is nice and clean especially with long display screen. Complementary OnStar until 2034 is awesome for turn-by-turn navigation. It rides very good on highway. No mechanical issues to speak of so far. Low interest rate of 2.9%

We gave a list of the things we were looking for and they found exactly what we wanted and got the vehicle for us at a great price.
2026 Ford F-150 review
F150 XLT Surprised by how smooth the ride is. It’s quite up front but I hear road noise from the rear of the truck. Seats are comfortable and the rear seating is massive. I can’t believe how much space there is back there. I am very impressed with the mileage and power from the 2.7 Towing is easy for the 2.7 which did surprise me. It tows my dual axle travel trailer with ease. But gas milage while towing is not good. The sync 4 system still needs improvement. It works well but is not intuitive. Things that should be easy to find are not well optimized. The steering and handing is very relaxing but the brakes are extremely touchy. Just the weight of you shoe will surprise you. All in all it’s a very nice experience driving this truck and it feels well built. I have approx 3000 miles on it now and no issues. And that includes towing my travel trailer. This from a former GM fanboy…..

I bought a used truck on line and drove over 450 miles to get it. Unfortunately it snowed heavily that day and it was a struggle to get there but Mike A. was my salesman and was wonderful. The truck was as it was intended and Mike went out of his way to assist me even while getting stuck in the snow on my way. This is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them.

Found the car we were looking for online, 4 hours away in Waterloo. Called, scheduled with Rick, made the trip a couple days later. Rick was enjoyable from the start; pleasant, knowledgeable, and very considerate of our time. His follow-up since our purchase has been most kind and thoughtful. We are enjoying our new 2025 Buick Envista, and continue to be pleased by the great price -- this dealership knows how to take care of their customers. Our experience was a positive one from the start; we were greeted as we got out of our vehicle and made to feel right at home. Purchasing our new vehicle could not have been better - Thank You, Rick, and Community Buick GMC - you know what customer service is all about!
2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick, all I have had issues with is when I hook it up to the OnStar One internet. Seems to be a lot of nefarious people who love the idea of hijacking a car driving down the highway. Ive just noticed glitches and the stereo blasting when I hook up android auto or Google. But its not a deal breaker for me because all I really need is Bluetooth for calls and music. Just keep it off the internet and this car is a dream. I love the safety features on my Buick Envision xx. The lane keep assist really does work and the car is quick to notice vehicles in front of me. I also like the adaptive cruise control. It helps a bit in traffic on the highway. The interior is really nice too with the leather appointments and suede details on the dash. I notice theres more leather appointments on the 2026 Buick Envision xx than the 2020 Buick Envision Essence. I love the 20 inch black rims on the car. It really gives the Buick a sportier stance. Its a trade off though because it rides much firmer with the low profile tires and rims. I personally don't mind.
