Volkswagen of Cool SpringsReviews
Volkswagen of Cool Springs review
Buying my 2026 Atlas from Ricky at VW in Cool Springs was hands‑down the smoothest car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. He was completely hassle‑free — no pressure, no runaround, and absolutely no trying to finagle me into anything I didn’t want. Ricky was straightforward, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me get exactly what I came for. He respected my time, kept everything transparent, and made the whole process feel easy. If you want a stress‑free experience with someone who truly listens, Ricky is the one to see!

Volkswagen of Cool Springs review
This was my second purchase through Volkswagen of Cool Springs. Both times, the salesperson did a great job of matching me to the exact car I was looking for. They did not play the "negotiation game" but rather listened to what I was looking for and gave it to me! I'd highly recommend! And shoutout to Peter, my sales consultant!

Excellent sales process. Ryan M was very knowledgeable and helpful. I understand they are updating the showroom soon, as it is small and only has room for two cars.
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
When my RAV4 was destroyed in an accident, I found the Tucson to be a much better value than the new RAV4. All the latest technology at a reasonable price. Better warranty, and no subscription fees for connected services. Good, reliable, basic transportation.

2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
In today’s car market it’s hard to find an SUV so good at such a reasonable price. I had gone to the dealer to buy a new Outback but the price & performance left me wanting. He had a Tucson in his showroom that was beautiful. I test drove it and fell in love. Not only is the technology amazing the ride is extremely quiet. Within a week I drove it down to Florida from Michigan and it handled beautifully. From the cooling seats to the heads up display this is a great suv.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The truck looks incredible, rides smoothly, and has all the power and capability I was looking for. If you’re considering a new truck, I highly recommend the 2026 Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss.

Excellent buying process. Paperwork took longer than necessary for a cash purchase. Salesman listened and did what was needed to make the sale. Easiest purchase I ever made
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
I went from a '23 Santa Fe and was disappointed at first, but after 6 months, I have grown to like this car. I gave it a 4 for comfort only because I wish the 6 way power seat was a bit more versatile, and a 4 for value because this vehicle is $110/month more than the '23 Santa Fe, and it is not at the level of the Santa Fe. Last week I drove a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica for a spell and the Tucson compares favorably.

Hyundai of Cool SpringsReviews
Hyundai of Cool Springs review
I bought a used Honda Civic from Hyundai of Cool Springs and my experience was great. My salesperson was Sonny Farmer and he was outstanding. I am not the easiest customer to sell a car to. I do lots of research and take my time. Sonny was very patient with me. I spent serval weeks deciding if this was the right car for me and they worked with me to make a deal that I was happy with. The whole time I felt like Sonny was my advocate through the entire process. I would highly recommend Sonny and the entire staff at Hyundai of Cool Springs if you are in the market for a quality car at a fair price.
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Tucson is a very convenient comfortable SUV . I love the amenities this vehicle has from the inside and out and the warranty is awesome. If you are ever in need of a vehicle look for a Hyundai vehicle

Stacey was just the best, she was determined to get me what I needed and stood out in 95degree weather with me to make sure l got it. I certainly recommend her.
2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
I think this is a great car for the money. Drives very well and very impressed by acceleration. Others complain about GM not allowing carplay but doesn't bother me. I got sirius for $4 but even without it my phone works through the system. Charges quickly on 240 volt. In short highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Jaden Pena at this dealership! We didn’t buy right away, but eventually did buy a certified pre-owned Genesis vehicle. The finance manager also was outstanding! I highly recommend these guys!

Nissan of Cool Springs review
Only issue with the service was I had been quoted a price to assume it was all part of the work only to find out later that the part I needed (key fob) did not come with the key insert and ended up being an extra cost. I would have assumed the dealer would have known this up front before giving we the cost for the work. JR in the service department is top notch and took care of all my needs

Salesman promised a free Wash with service. Service manager said it was too cold. I asked him how they washed cars when a new one is being delivered. He just said they can?t today. Whatever.

Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.
