Whitten Brothers MazdaReviews
Whitten Brothers Mazda review
Purchase: 2025 Mazda3 2.5 S Carbon Edition SDN AWD with a Polymetal Gray Metallic exterior with a red leather interior. We could not ask for a better experience at Whitten Bros. Mazda. From the Production Specialist Joseph Sparkman to the Sales Manager Ryan Phillips to the Finance Manager Matt Parrish, our experience buying a 2025 Mazda3 was worth the time and money spent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making my daughter and I confident in buying her first new ride and joining the Mazda family. I have always bought Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan vehicles. I never even bought a Mazda until we stopped by Whitten Bros. Mazda by chance. After talking to the Sales team, I realized it was an easy decision. The vehicle ratings for performance, safety, and liability were outstanding. The staff explained the facts about the vehicle, and the price was better than the competition. My daughter is thrilled with the Mazda3, and I have peace of mind that she is in a safe and reliable vehicle. Thank you, Joseph, Ryan, and Matt, for working with my daughter and me on her first new vehicle purchase.

Pearson HyundaiReviews
Pearson Hyundai review
John Judy, sales associate of the Pearson Hyundai team completely blew me away with his attentive, caring service! We decided against the car we came to see, and when we inquired about similar deals at other local dealerships, he went above and beyond anything I expected...made calls and connected us to other dealers which lead is to another great deal for my daughter, and saved us so much time which we didn't have!. He is kind, patient and caring, even when it didn't directly benefit himself. No pressure! I would highly recommend him for car sales. He's honest and caring!! .

Jaguar Land Rover Richmond review
We live 2 hours away, so we called first and spoke to Jeb, our salesman. We spoke about the car and he promised the Range Rover was as nice as, if not nicer than advertised. My wife and I made the 2 hour drive and the car was as promised, it was a very nice and detailed for viewing. Jeb was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it?s operation and took us for a test drive. We returned a few days later to sign paperwork and collect the Range Rover. From beginning to end Land Rover of Richmond went above and beyond to deliver a truly seem less purchase experience and high quality vehicle. They have a client for life, highly recommend Land Rover of Richmond.

Whitten Brothers Mazda review
I had the pleasure of working with BRANDON DELANO at Whitten Brothers Mazda, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Brandon took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, showed me exactly what I wanted, and thoughtfully pointed out features that added real value to an already great vehicle—without ever being pushy or manipulative. What I appreciated most was his low-pressure, HONEST APPROACH. Brandon worked closely with the finance department to find the perfect fit for my budget, and the process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly stress-free. That level of professionalism is rare in car sales. Brandon is kind, considerate, and follows up in a timely manner. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more AWESOME SALESPERSON. Thank you, Brandon, for all your hard work—I absolutely love my new car!

Jaguar Land Rover Richmond review
Took my Land Rover LR four and four engine check light was only found out it wasn’t nothing they get the check light out in the process when they finish they ended up doing a courtesy wash which I asked not to. When I came out and looked at my truck it had some marks on the two side black panels and they had Tarnish my front grill and the two side vents all four of my door covers. Went back inside and tolded the service person who was Scott Batwinas. And he went and got the service Manager. Between the two of them they was very polite and apologetic towards me and they fix the problem they did a really good job replacing the items on my truck.

Pearson Hyundai review
OMG!!! I love this place. Itook my Equus there for repair work on the sound system. Krystal Woodson was Fantastic! She explained everything to me and David the technician working on my car, wouldn't give up diagnosing what was wrong, until he figured it out! He had to pull the entire back seat out of the car to fix the problem. If you have an Equus, you know that is what you have to do to fix speaker issues. David did a fantastic job, considering this was probably his first time doing this. My car now sounds like an Equus is supposed to sound. I can't say enough good things about Krystal and the way she and David took care of me and my car. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! If you have a Hyundai, this is the only place to go. THANK YOU PEARSON HYUNDAI.
2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

Jaguar Land Rover Richmond review
My experience with Land Rover is always above expectations.
2026 Land Rover Defender review
This is a beautiful and impressively crafted vehicle. Its design has a unique, stylish, almost süırty vibe that really stands out. It’s also wonderfully sporty, which I absolutely love—it gives the whole driving experience an energetic, fun edge. One of the best parts is how customizable it is; you can add all kinds of upgrades to make it truly your own. Inside, continues to impress. The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the cabin feels surprisingly roomy. The interior is beautiful, blending comfort with an elegant layout that feels premium and inviting. Overall, it brings together sportiness, style, comfort, and upgrade potential in a way that makes it a joy to own .

My salesman was Michael Howard and he was excellent. He was though and informative. The transaction was very pleasant. I highly recommend Michael. I recommend Michael and Pearson.
2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.
