The whole sales process went rather well. These event for me are always approached with a lot of anxiety. Getting a good price for the purchase and the trade is hard work. In advance I contacted the dealership and explained what I was looking for. He responded in short fashion with a few options to consider. I choose the one that fit my needs. I went off and got a few estimates on my trade in value. We met the following day and in 20 minutes I had what I wanted. They made some money I got a good number for my trade. All that was left was a good rate from a lender. The finance person in similar fashion got a great rate. She had to try a few lenders but in the end the numbers were good. I got the sense that they were not adversaries but we were working towards a common goal. This is my second purchase from this dealership. That’s something I rarely do. I had started with another dealership and the person wouldn’t commit to any price info unless I came on site. For me that’s wasteful. Ashland sheehy didn’t make come onsite until we had agreed in principle on the selling price. Second time here and another good experience. Ask for “Mikey”. Very helpful.
2026 Ford F-150 review
This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

2026 Buick Envista review
I just bought a 2026 Envista Preferred on May 22, 2026 and it is the dream car that I always wanted. It's elegant, good on gas, nice and comfortable interiors and trunk and small enough to park. It feels like a strong car, just by opening the door. Really can't say anything negative about it. I think Buick out did themselves and the price was right!

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. 2025 Ford F-150 review
I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
I couldn't be happier with my Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. The ride is exceptionally smooth and quiet, the interior feels truly luxurious, and the technology is impressive without being overwhelming. The hybrid system delivers great fuel economy while still providing plenty of power when needed. Every drive feels comfortable and relaxing, whether I'm commuting around town or taking a longer trip. I had a very positive experience working with Richmond Ford West and, specifically, Derrick Pulliam in the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport. I wasn't intending to purchase a used vehicle, but 2023 orders are so delayed in their production that I decided to look for a used one with low mileage. This dealership is a couple hours from my home, and it was fantastic being able to negotiate a deal entirely via email, when a lot of other dealerships only wanted to entertain in-person conversations. In a single day, I had the price agreed to and financing in place with only two, brief phone calls required to complete the financing portion. Upon picking up the vehicle, Derrick went over all the features and ensured the paperwork was ready to go. Given the car is certified pre-owned, I noticed about 10 minutes into driving it home that there was a small crack in the windshield. I called Derrick and he had me send a photo, agreed I could get it repaired local to my home, and mailed a check to reimburse me. I also discovered that the rooftop antenna was missing to which Derrick was very responsive and worked to ensure that I would be reimbursed for the purchase of a new one. Derrick was always responsive and courteous in his efforts to resolve these small issues, even after the deal was completed. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to others, and I intend to consider it for my future purchases, even though it isn't the most convenient location to my home. It's getting harder to find pleasant and attentive customer service, and I found it well worth my trip.
2025 Ford Bronco review
With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The service department team have a really good service manager Jason and the service team guys and women are detail with their customers and explain all before servicing and afterwards extensively so you leave satisfied. The operators who work the phone calls in to the dealorship are exceptional as well and they don’t get enough praise for their detailed work as well taking all the calls to direct where to go to keep the dealership in order. 2026 RAM 2500 review
Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.
