I have come to this dealership in the past and the energy was not very welcoming. Now there is a major difference. Austin was so welcoming and kind. He was extremely informative. I loved his energy. It was so nice that I was greeted by the service manager. Her presence was very appreciated. She was sitting and talking with customers and even read to some kids in the kid corner. BIG difference. Great service and team!

Great car for the cost Only problem was that it is easy to pinch a finger with the door handles while opening and closing the doors

I’ve brought three cars from Gainesville Nissan. I had my eyes set on a 2016 Altima but it wasn’t in my price range at first. The offer I had was originally denied, but Mickey was extremely willing to help. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. His hospitality is amazing. The gentleman there was able to give me the car I wanted and made the price range work for me. Mickey legitimately showed how much he cares not for the car sale so much as me getting the car I wanted . I feel great after this purchase and even. After the deal was done I’m happy with the car. Contacted me about a vehicle I was looking at, I went in she greeted me and my family, we talked I told her what Honda of Lake City did and tried to get away with and she listened. I was terrified to sign anything after my experience with Honda. She let me take my time reading, did not rush me or push me into anything, she argued the price that I wanted and even with the issue with that other dealership I was able to get approval to be financed! Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.
