When I first took the car there, they called me back and said they were unable to help me with my vehicle but apparently the lead mechanic said that he would like to take a shot at it. They quoted me $2000. They came in under budget at 1500 they did quality work and I really appreciate the job that they?ve done. The customer service was awesome.

Vehicle replace a 23 year old truck and has so many features that were not even available. Rear camera's and other safety features make this easy to drive even for the vertically challenged.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

We purchased our truck in January and so far it has been excellent. I see people complaining about the interior being plastic. Well, most ALL cars are plastic inside and outside. We're older and think the Z71 Interior is well designed for comfort. Not a fan of things being put into a display. Things light lights should be a knob or button something that can be used without messing with the display. Still the interior is well laid out for a truck, it is a truck after all. It is not a car but the inside of the Colorado is to us about as good as it gets for looks. The truck itself has run out well; I just completed a 500-mile oil and filter change. I hope the truck will last for a very long time at least 20 years. At my age I do not have many more purchases left in me so hope and pray it lasts. I honestly feel trucks and cars today are way way overpriced due the fact most of them barely last long enough to get off the lots. I see complaints about reliability every truck we looked at and we looked at every brand and read reviews before after 2 years deciding we decided to go with the Colorado. Why? Because all of them had huge issues so we picked hopefully the least issues. I bought and extended warranty so hopefully this covers all those issues reported. That being said, everything I have seen suggest that the 2026 the later built ones had most of those issues resolved if not all of them. We have had the truck now 3 weeks no issues so far. It is very comfortable to ride in, we have done on several longer distance trips, and it has been a wonderfully comfortable truck. The overall look of the truck is very nice; it looks like a beast and sporty We had several inches of snow here and the truck went through the snow and ice like it wasn't there, of course we were careful, but the truck did very well. The 2-wheel drive worked well, only needed 4 high when the snow was piled up waist high in the drive entrance. I can't think of a thing we dislike about the 2026 Colorado Z71 so far it has been brilliant!

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

Arrived for 7am as scheduled, Truck taken in right away. Waited in the customer waiting area which is large and comfortable. Oil and Filter change along with Tire Rotation were all completed in good time. Very happy with my Silverado and the service Department at Leson Chevrolet.
