I searched for several months for a specific used car that had all of the options I wanted. I found it at Zimbrick Nissan. I worked with Travis over the phone since I live in Kentucky. He answered every question and sent me all the additional information and pictures I asked for. 4 days later I flew up there and in less than two hours I was driving my car home. Joe Meinholz, while busy with other customers and phone calls, took the time to explain the vehicle in which I was interested (which he had ready when I arrived), allowed me to take it for a test drive, and discussed it upon return, all with no pressure. He also followed up promptly on my questions via email. The purchase decision is still pending.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. I've been very pleased with all my visits to Wilde East Towne Honda--top-notch service, great customer care, and wonderful amenities while waiting. And now, Cheryl's willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities to help the customer only further affirm that we will be keeping our business with Wilde East Towne for years to come!

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

I used to work at s dealership do buying cars is not my favorite thing to do. I hate sales pitches and unnecessary products etc. Trevor and the entire team where accommodating, professional, and everything was exactly as quoted etc. Way better deal than local dealership.

Tony LaBerge always takes the time to answer my questions and ensures that he keeps me informed on topics of interest. Facilities are always clean with a excellent selection of cars available. The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro 4X in the pearlstone blue. I love the looks of the truck. It seems to be well made and is actually made in the USA. The gas mileage is not great but, it is a 4wd so the 20mpg is about right. The only things that I don't like is the steering is quite hard to turn for power steering. I don't know why they didn't use an electric assist like most other makes use instead of hydraulic. My hands get sore and tired after driving awhile, and the seats are very uncomfortable for me after driving awhile. I am going to try a lumbar cushion and I have talked to a local upholstery guy who will add padding on the bottom for $200. I'll try a cushion and see. If that doesn't work than I'll have him work on it. He said he'll pull the seat and add padding and have me come in and sit on it and adjust as needed. I thought that was a great price considering he has to remove the seat and reinstall it. I won't bother with the passenger seat. Bottom line. It is a truck after all and not built for a vacation cruise vehicle. All and all it is a better made truck with a lot of accessories that you will pay ten grand more for on a Toyota Tacoma or a Ford Ranger.

Armand did a bang-up job. Truck was delivered as viewed on-line. No surprises when signing paperwork remotely. There was a floor mat missing when delivered. I sent an email to Armand and I had the missing mat in days. 5 STAR approval!

I was very impressed with the quick response I received from both Jeff Meadows and Matt Borsecnik when I had inquired about the CX-5 SUV. After my initial conversation with Jeff, Matt called me back within 15 minutes to let me know they had the vehicle I was interested in and it had been pulled off the floor waiting for my arrival! This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Out of town my breaks went out, after aging them replaced at a different dealership. This dealership was the closest to my location. They were able to fine the part and repair the damage hose. Which my exteded warranty did not cover . But still good service. The only thing is that some went through my glove box pulled just about everything out and left it I. The front set. So disappointed
