A huge thank you to my salesperson, **Ozzie**, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. His communication was prompt throughout the process, and when I arrived at the dealership, everything was prepared exactly as promised. He respected my time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'd also like to recognize **Tommy**, the Sales Manager, who was equally impressive. He was professional, straightforward, and worked with me to provide a very fair value for my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and the entire negotiation process was honest, respectful, and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their integrity. Before I finalized the purchase, I requested additional paperwork that I wanted to review before signing. Both Tommy and Ozzie assured me there was nothing to worry about and promised they would send everything first thing Monday morning. I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It's easy to make promises during a sale, but it's much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you've driven off the lot. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new BMW 5 Series and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and integrity shown by both Ozzie and Tommy. They earned my trust, and that's something I value highly. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its word, I highly recommend Niello BMW Elk Grove. On Sunday, August 2, 2026 my granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Folsom Lake Nissan. I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR for my granddaughter who will soon be leaving to attend college at a university in the state of Louisiana. Go Jags! A brief note on how the purchase became a deal. My granddaughter made a phone call to Folsom Lake Nissan in order to verify if a specific vehicle was in stock, Sebastian Galaviz answered the call and informed her that it was in stock and if she liked to come by for a test drive he would have it waiting for her to see and drive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Sebastian with a big beautiful smile and firm handshake and a direct walk to the vehicle as promised. Sebastian is an outstanding salesperson—professional, he is kind, and very friendly. He worked as a team player with two other outstanding gentlemen Mike and Nathan. They all carefully listened to our desires and truly worked hard to remain focused on helping us get the deal we wanted with absolutely no pressure. The three gentlemen friendliness, professionalism, and honesty created a family-oriented atmosphere,and with that experience, it made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation to purchase a vehicle hassle-free, I would highly recommend Folsom Lake Nissan and the three gentlemen that assisted in my purchasing experience.

Generally, a great ride. Love driving on the highway. This is my second Benz SUB. A lot of technology and tips to go, but Mercedes is still about classy simplicity which I absolutely love. The issue I am having now at just over 8,000 miles is a squeaky rear heat shield, and knocking and rattling going over speed bumps or uneven road. Taking it to the dealer for the fix.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Elyas at Roseville Mazda. I had been doing research and looking online at used Miatas but wanted to test drive a new one at a dealer to learn as much as I could about the vehicle before making a decision. Elyas was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions without any feeling of being pressured to buy. He understood what features where most important to me, and was able to find the exact model I wanted at another dealership about 2 hrs away later that day. The vehicle was ready for us the next morning in Roseville, and I was driving home in a gorgeous 2026 MX-5 Miata RF GT a short time later. I love my new car and would highly recommend working with Elyas!
2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
I have owned two Mazdas in the past so I thought I would look at a third. I wanted a hybrid this time, so knowing that Mazda hasn't really gotten into the hybrid game I was skeptical with the CX50 hybrid. I did alot of online, and magazine article research on this vehicle as well as others. There are a number of options out there, but what sold me on the CX50 is that 1) The other Mazdas I have owned were extremely reliable, 2} The CX50 has the same fourth (I believe it's the fourth) generation Toyota 2.5 liter hybrid engine and e-cvt transmission that was used in the RAV 4 which is highly rated and 3) Mazda just knows how to make a extremely engaging fun to drive vehicle than most. As most vehicles go, this one isn't perfect. I have noticed the road noise is worse than the CX5 I used to have. It's not terrible by any means, just more noticable. I know there are tires out there that are quieter but that's not something I'm willing to do until it's time to replace them. The other thing is I hate the cupholders being in the front, in front of the gear shift. The only other thing (and I've heard people say if you have been a Mazda owner it's annoying to what you're used to, if you've been a Toyota owner it sound normal) and that is the engine drone sound at higher needed speed like entering a highway or passing someone. All of these are things I can live with and I have absolutely have no regrets with this purchase. Bottom line, if you want the interior and exterior quality and engaging driving experience that Mazda gives you and an extremely proven reliable hybrid engine that Toyota gives you...you have the perfect marriage.

2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
I purchased my CX50 Hybrid a month ago and absolutely LOVE IT. It's got beautiful interior, body lines and plenty of power for a speed demon like me. I test drove many similar vehicles- Honda CRV (plain boring interior), Toyota RAV4 (too small and expensive) and Lexus (too expensive). Everything else out there similar is a Turbo and my mechanic husband wouldn't let me buy a Turbo. The only thing that i am not a fan of is the wireless charging pad. I cannot find a phone case that will work with my phone/wireless charging. I have a 14 iPhone promax which is oversized and a camera that sticks out too far. I will keep trying to find something but that's my only issue so far.

2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
My second cx50 hybrid. Also purchased a 2025 cx50 last year and still have it. Purchased the second one for my wife. I love the car. Interior is top notch on both cars . Owning the 2025 I anjelous of a couple of my wife’s 2025 option adds. Both cars are premium plus versions but the 2026 has a heated steering wheel and parking sensors where the 2025 does not. Really Mazda why not. Even though these glaring differences. I still do not regret the purchases. I would have purchased a RAV4 but with my bad back and the door clearance on the.RAV.i had to pass. I found that the CX50 hybrid has the RAV drive train and the clearance allows me easy entry and exit it was a winner for me. Love. Oth cars and highly recommended them.
