Had a great experience with Michael Frohlich. We test drove a few different Volvo's and his expertise and patients is what led us to purchasing a Volvo. While his dealership did not have exactly what we were looking for, another Volvo dealership down the road had one that was perfect for us. Michael stayed in touch through our car buying process and was happy to hear we still purchased a Volvo, even though it wasn't from him. Gabriel Pena was fantastic!! Friendly helpful and patient ! As my husband and I purchased a new truck we made a mistake and needed to return it . He even picked up my new car from my home to get my windows tinted, and dropped it back off. The entire experience felt very genuine. They also gave me a very good value for my trade in. Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.
