Went to Johnson dealership to just look at new cars. Came home with a new NX. Michael Carawan was most helpful in educating about a hybrid. This was not my first Lexus, this dealship was the largest I’ve ever been to & they had the exact car I wanted. My only negative was the tech going over the electronics-don’t think he spent enough time explaining or just giving an overview of electronics. The manuals are exhausting. Maybe Lexus needs to make videos of electronics & have them in every car. There are videos on YouTube, but come on Lexus. Oh, and the closest dealers are at least 3 hours away-kind of far to go for instructions.

I have never had such a great experience as I had on Saturday like I did here. I walked in with a mission to leave with a vehicle, and it was seamless in and out in 3 hours. My sales associate was : Eb Udofia Lexus Sales And Leasing Associate Was AMAZING. I will refer him and this location to anyone who asks. Make sure you ask for Eb! PS- they took great time in ensuring I was comfortable with car and all the functionality before I left. NOONE has ever done that. THANK YOU

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

My sales rep, Ryley took excellent care of me throughout the entire process. He is kind and considerate and never pressured me into making a decision. So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

Car replacement isn’t a particularly favorite activity of mine. But my salesman at Johnson Lexus, Gavin Sherk, made it a smooth and pleasant experience. Gavin is a professional through and through. From pre-purchase to post purchase, he was flawless in his execution of the deal. No pressure, but thoughtful and insightful questions guided me through my purchase. Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

20,000 mile service was a smooth and efficient process. I was provided a loaner car. During the service, I received two videos, and the service advisor reviewed information further at my request. I was provided info regarding my next two scheduled visits, and my questions were answered. My car was ready before it was promised. Associates were professional and friendly.

The service was great. Made me feel welcome and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. I definitely will be back in the future. My whole experience was everything I expected.

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.
