Jeff Schmitt MitsubishiReviews
Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi review
We purchased a used ‘25 Mitsubishi Outlander last weekend at the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group dealership in Fairborn, OH. We live almost 5 hours from their location so much of the communication/information was done online and over the phone. Needless to say, we got a good deal on this vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Bo, Joey, Dustin, and Derek did an excellent job providing everything we needed- and there was quite a bit- to complete the online process and get everything ready for our arrival. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with during our purchase. Finishing the buy and picking up the vehicle was quick and easy. It was well worth the long drive to buy our vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with the condition of the car and the good deal we got. We will definitely look to Schmitt’s Auto Group in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle that also has a really good, hard working staff. Thanks guys- we appreciate you!

Vero Beach MitsubishiReviews
Vero Beach Mitsubishi review
If you’re looking for a trustworthy car salesman who truly goes above and beyond — ask for Deiondre “Dee” Tubbs at the Mitsubishi dealership. Last night, I got a flat tire on US 1 at 6 PM and stopped at Midas for help. They had just closed and couldn’t get me a tire for two days. I live an hour away and was completely stuck. After trying another nearby dealerships with no luck, I walked over to the Mitsubishi dealership — and that’s where I met Dee. He opened the door with a warm welcome, listened to my situation, and before I could even finish explaining, he was already walking toward my car parked across the street. I thought he was a mechanic — turns out, he’s a salesman who just genuinely cares. Within 20 minutes, he had my spare tire on and refused to accept any payment or even share his Venmo. Deiondre Tubbs is the definition of outstanding customer service and old-school integrity. He didn’t just sell me on a car — he sold me on character. If you want to work with a kind, honest, and dependable car salesman you can trust, go see Deiondre Tubbs. Actions don’t lie — I’ll be buying my next vehicle from him!

Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi review
I recently bought my 8th vehicle from Hurst Autoplex and it was an excellent experience as always! I’ve worked with Ryan Miller many times over the last 9 years and he makes the process is incredibly simple. I spent less than 20 minutes in the dealership before I was driving home in a new vehicle. Hurst Autoplex always has a large inventory of competitively priced high end cars. They offer fair values on trade ins and back their products. I’m a lifelong customer of Hurst Autoplex and recommend that you are as well!

I would like to thank the Mitsubishi Service Department for their outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Nicole for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I would also like to thank Michael, the mechanic, for his expertise, dedication, and attention to detail. It is reassuring to know that my vehicle was serviced by someone who truly cares about doing a great job. Thank you both for your excellent service and for making my experience at Mitsubishi a very positive one. I truly appreciate your hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction.
2025 Mitsubishi Outlander review
I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

Northtowne Fiat, Lincoln, Mitsubishi, Alfa Romeo review
My car broke down and I wasn't in a financial place to buy a vehicle. I was working with pretty limited finances. A friend of mine recommended me to go to Carl Carter at Mitsubishi. Carl came and picked me up from the other car dealership that I was at (they were about to take serious advantage of my situation with loan interest rates). I have had my car for four years now and I can't express how happy I am with the continued amazing service from everyone at Northtown Mitsu. They are friendly, professional, courteous, and in my opinion- they exceed the standard. Carl got me in the perfect car with the perfect price. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you're lucky- you'll get to work with Carl!
