Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Once I contacted Volkswagen of Gainesville communications back and forth via.email was terrific Hannah kept in touch with me and allowed us once we arrived to have the vehicle taken to a local mechanic for inspection that process was very helpful the only downside through the entire process was the financing we were pre-approved from our bank but there was too much back and forth with the financing

Very satisfied with the quality of the people that I interacted with. My sales person, Ryan Boring is outstanding. She made contact with me through my reviewing the new models. She called me and convinced me to stop by. I did, and through working out a good deal, I returned my Forester and got myself a 2024 Crosstrek. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ryan is a great person to start with at Jenkins Subaru a very big improvement over the previous dealership ownership. Ryan took care of everything and I did not have to interact with others. I'll return for service and when this lease is up will return to Jenkins.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. I’ve brought three cars from Gainesville Nissan. I had my eyes set on a 2016 Altima but it wasn’t in my price range at first. The offer I had was originally denied, but Mickey was extremely willing to help. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. His hospitality is amazing. The gentleman there was able to give me the car I wanted and made the price range work for me. Mickey legitimately showed how much he cares not for the car sale so much as me getting the car I wanted . I feel great after this purchase and even. After the deal was done I’m happy with the car. I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro 4X in the pearlstone blue. I love the looks of the truck. It seems to be well made and is actually made in the USA. The gas mileage is not great but, it is a 4wd so the 20mpg is about right. The only things that I don't like is the steering is quite hard to turn for power steering. I don't know why they didn't use an electric assist like most other makes use instead of hydraulic. My hands get sore and tired after driving awhile, and the seats are very uncomfortable for me after driving awhile. I am going to try a lumbar cushion and I have talked to a local upholstery guy who will add padding on the bottom for $200. I'll try a cushion and see. If that doesn't work than I'll have him work on it. He said he'll pull the seat and add padding and have me come in and sit on it and adjust as needed. I thought that was a great price considering he has to remove the seat and reinstall it. I won't bother with the passenger seat. Bottom line. It is a truck after all and not built for a vacation cruise vehicle. All and all it is a better made truck with a lot of accessories that you will pay ten grand more for on a Toyota Tacoma or a Ford Ranger.

This experience has to be the best one for me. My sales person Zachary was the most people oriented, respectful, attentive and supportive. From the the delivery of the new car to the closing I felt very confortable.

After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.

We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Recently my car was in for a service recall. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team.
