The staff I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided excellent service. I found a pre owned SUV on an internet search and called to confirm details of the offering. The used vehicle sales manager, Rori, and my sales agent, Mia, responded to my questions promptly and explained the "out-of-state" buying process in a comprehenisve manner. I agreed to a place a deposit and drove 120 miles to potentially complete the process. The vehicle exceeded my expectations as it was a one owner, fully serviced, and apparently garage kept beauty. The physical dealership was a first class facility and it was easy to view and test drive the ML350. Buying and closing process was efficient with optional coverage presented without pressure to buy. I readily recommend this dealership based upon my buying experience.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

First I just want to give a big shout out and huge thank you to Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey for getting me back into a Wrangler. Last week I noticed advertisements on great sales revolving jeeps. I was upside down in a loan with a vehicle that I truly wasn't happy with... So I checked out Perkins Motors (as I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership) and decided to just give it a shot and see if getting back into a Wrangler was even a possibility. I reached out and heard back fairly quickly. The application process was super easy, you could even upload photos of your vehicle which helps get you extra money towards the trade. I told them exactly what I could afford with my current situation and this team of incredible people made sure to get me into a Wrangler. And not just any wrangler mind you, they made sure I got one that had everything I initially asked for plus more. It's definitely a different process I might add you, as you can't exactly test drive vehicles with the this Covid19 evolving in the world. But the process was super smooth. They sent me tons of photos of the jeep, the window sticker, videos, I mean seriously any piece of information needed just so I knew what I was getting into. And I didn't have to wait to get my jeep, once the approval process was over they had a driver bring the vehicle to me, all the way to Denver metro and to my work!!! Again, Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey thank you so very much for all the effort you put into this process in order to get me back into a wrangler! Life is Good!!!

I needed some service on my Caravan that had been converted by Braun Mobility .Jenkins did everything they could to get it fixed but it was a problem with a Braun part but they did the best they could I would recommend them to other Canadian that travel or vacation in that area

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Family. That's the feeling you get at every step of the purchase process. From Victor, our salesman who kept us at least two steps ahead to Cesar in Finance who finished the deal, we were treated as family. I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.

Unfortunately, we didn't buy the car because I overlooked the fact that it did not have a sunroof which is a dealbreaker for me. Our salesman Armando did a great job presenting all the facts, was not high pressure and was respectful of our time. I would definitely go back because I had a wonderful experience.

We just moved to Theresa from Florida 3 weeks ago. We did not expect to purchase a 2nd vehicle so early in our move. Matt Spencer was amazing. They had literally just took a Rav 4 in as a trade. Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks
